Roku 3 is a great buy for the price. Video quality is better than what my smart tv provides. The headphone jack on the remote is nice.

Multi funtional. Roku 3 is all in one... Internet tv live channels, netflix, amazon, hbo go.. All the app you imagine is in roku...

I bought this device as a replacement for an aging DVD player with streaming capability. Given technological progress over the past 8 years, my expectation was that the Roku player would offer a lot more settings to filter inappropriate content - especially since the entire family is using it. I was disappointed to learn that the old DVD player had better features to filter streaming content than this new device. In addition, the wireless remote regularly gets unpaired or becomes unresponsive. It also consumes batteries rather fast.

I bought this for our bedroom since we don't have a smart tv and I'm very glad I did. Roku is fast performance is top of its class.

This device is amazing. Easy set up, easy to install apps. Great picture quality when using hulu, amazon prime, netflix, hbogo , etc.

The Roku has been a great purchase. Have rarely had any issues with it and when I have I can easily get the issue resolved.

This is much faster than roku2. Voice search is a pain and you can not disconnect it. Had I known speed was the only useful benefit I would not have bought roku3, stayed with roku2.

We purchased a Roku 2 & a Roku 3 for live streaming. Both are performing as expected. Easy setup. We are very pleased with them.

I have tried all of the different streamers and think that the Roku gives me the most choices. It is really easy to set up and use.

I bought this when I subscribed to Playstation Vue, and chose the Roku 3 since you can have a wired connection, which is necessary in my house when you want to stream digital content. (I also liked that my kids wouldn't have to put up with Amazon push ads that would be the case if one buys the firestick). Well, unfortunately there is no guide for the Playstation Vue, so I may quit my PS Vue subscription, and if I do that, the whole purpose for buying the Roku 3 is gone. On the other hand, though I have a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime apps, the Roku does load so much more quickly, so I'll probably continue using it after all.

Easy to set up and easy to use. Works with our media server that we have set up, eliminating the need to use the DVDs player-bonus!

We bought a roku for our children's room. They love it. It's easy for them to use, and they no longer watch regular cable anymore.

This is so easy to use. I especially love the voice search. It makes watching streaming only series so easy I watch all the time.

The Roku has allowed us to easily cut the chord with Cable and with easy walk-throughs ease into a whole new world of viewing.

I fought buying one of these for years (my brother has an older one and loves it) but the satellite bill just didn't make any sense anymore, And those commercials!!! Now I can watch movies and tv WITHOUT commercials. Some of the channels are subscription based and some do have commercials, but overall the Roku is the way to go. Now I only have an internet bill so I'm saving money every month! I like it!

The remote features a headphone jack, which is great, because you can't control your T.V.'s volume with the remote!!!!!!! Steer clear of this thing. Save money and buy a cheaper version.

Faster processor. It's much better than other latest Roku version. Right now, I own three Roku 3. They all are running good.
