Excellent video streaming product

(Had been using Wii U for some and computer for others.) I decided on the Roku 3 and have been extremely happy with it. I loads quickly and have never had any pauses for buffering during the shows. It runs very cool unlike what I've read about the Roku 4 (common complaint in reviews is the 4 runs very hot) My only complaint (the reason I deducted 1 star) is it has locked up a couple times and had to unplug power to reset it.
