Ruku 3 it's fast and does what it's supposed to do. Saving money no more cable bill .

Got our Roku 3 when first cut our cable. Reviews seemed to be close to a toss up between Roku or Apple TV. Ultimately chose Roku since it offered Sling streaming service. Easy to set up, works fine. By the time it was time to get a second device for our main TV, Apple announced Sling on their platform. I liked swiping on Apple's touch pad better than scrolling on Roku's remote so bought an Apple device for the second TV. Both units work great, choice depends on personal preferences among features offered.

Upgraded from a Roku 2 and well worth the money. Love the added ability of Ethernet cable hookup, which I did not have with the 2.

I actually purchased this ROKU for my mother who lives in an area with limited options for television. I own 2 myself and couldn't be happier. I can watch most of the shows I like without paying the prices for satellites/cable. This one works very well, and my mother calls every week or so to tell me how delighted she is and what new program she has found. The ROKU is well worth the investment.

I am using to watch Netflix and sling tv. It works fine. I got it refurb for $45.

This device was easy to install. It is very user friendly. Very easy to add channels.

set up was easy. learning how to use it was not so easy. instructions could be better

Works great. Very fast. I have the sticks too but this works faster than sticks.

I had high expectations from this device. I did my research and was excited about the purchase. It is everything I was hoping it would be. My favorite feature is probably the point anywhere remote. My TV is awkwardly positioned and it's tough to get the remote for it to register. It's nice that I can be anywhere in the room and have the remote pointed in any direction and it still works.

This is the best streaming device if you are a Charter customer. Eliminates the need for a box. Easy set up and works great!

I picked this up for a non-smart TV in a spare bedroom. The performance is adequate. It is probably equal to a smart TV but not as fast and responsive as a laptop or gaming console. I do like the remote. It does what you ask it to do but I would probably recommend a gaming console (Xbox360/PS3/XboxOne/PS4) or maybe a mid tier "Smart" Blu-Ray Player for a hundred dollars more, if you're in the market.

The product performs excellencelently and I would recommend it to future buyers.
