The Roku 3 was a bargain you shouldn't pass up when on sale. It's perfect for the home if you watch a regular HD(1080p) TV. If you have Ultra 4K you might need to go for a more expensive model. I didn't think I'd use the headphone function through the remote controller but it turned out to be an awesome feature.

Great way to cut cable and save money. Easy to use and set up. Has built in mirroring.

Does not Mirror the MAC as adverstised...you can have some "tricks" on hoe to make it work with IOS...but that is not advertised...

Good device. Would like to see the OK button in the middle of the directional buttons.

I was looking for a way to get Netflix on my non-smart tv and this worked perfectly.

I bought Roku as controlling netflix using using my xbox one or mobile became cumbersome. Both goes to sleep mode and requires a few interactions to get into active mode. With Roku it is just pick up the remote and you can start interacting with Roku just like your normal TV remote. Only downside I have seen i Roku keep showing "unauthorized content" message every now and then, which is irritating.

Trying to learn if this is necessary with smart vs. Everyone has a different answer.

This isn't the latest and greatest in the Roku line, but it still has what it takes to stream the major video sites, as long as you're OK with 1080p maximum (OK with me). My TV can only do 1080p, so no need to get the more expensive box. The remote control is simple, and the interface is easy to navigate.

It has provided me with exactly what it says it provides. It is a very good product!

It does the same as others and less than Nexus Console. I exchanged for the Nexus Console because it doesn't allow Kodi app.

With this and a subscription to Netflix and Hulu, we've dropped our satellite provider completely. We watch what we want, when we want, and we don't pay a ton of money to do so. To be fair, we never watch sports, so I can't say whether this would be a good plan for other households. For us, it's perfect.

This unique product is a great thing to enjoy.. I have several and love them

We had been watching Netflix using our BluRay player. Our picture had been degrading as the player couldn't keep up. With the Roku not only did our streaming experience improve, but the picture quality on our TV improved. We can now stream through so many more services than we could with the BluRay player.

Roku 3 is the latest generation of device. It is much effective than the old gens.

It was a debate between this or the new Apple TV after weighing the pros and cons the ultimate choice was the Roku I haven't regretted it yes. They constantly adding new channels and there's a lot more that works with my cable subscription

Easy to setup and use. Only issue is that the box heats up as no vents on case.

Bought this mainly for Hulu and Netflix. Super easy and does everything I need.

I got Roku for TWC TV and bought another one for second TV. overall it is pretty good BUT the earphone on the remote doesn't always work. I think there is unsolved technical difficulty for keeping image and audio in sync. good idea but not yet fully working.
