Same problems as Roku stick one and two
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the GUI Interface, it's just when they stay turned on and plugged in the whole time, the stick and the box have the same issues, overheating processors! They get so hot that they begin to lock up (screen freezes). This was no different with the Amazon stick. I think each company needs to provide a way to actually shut the units off, to prevent overheating. I would try the Version 4 but, that's for 4K TV's. The box design is identical to version 3 so , most likely will have the same issues I have the Roku TV and couldn't be happier that's why I tried the standalone versions.

Perfect for bedroom tv

Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and HBO Now plus free apps offer plenty of content. Set up was relatively simple. Got this on Black Friday sale for $50. Terrific value!

This is a great streaming device!

So far. Both worked out great. No issue in adding channels, and streaming over wifi is great (provided the wifi access point or router is close by).

Gd product to stream movies

I got it for netflix and it was pretty fast to stream the movies. Then charter cable told me that i could used it with them to get live tv so i did. Its only 20 dollars a month and it works great
