Overall a hassle & less than expected performance.

Took many calls and the two companies did not solve the issues for a total of 5 or 6 hours. Then, many, many disappointments. Ads just like regular TV. Sound goes waaay up during ads. My offer was for two weeks of Showtime. Would not let me sign up until I called Roku AGAIN! All the thousands of movies.....most are pure junk. Many major news programs are delayed and in little installments Some under a minute. Some programs are just audio. AND, Roku is supposed to be the best. If this is the best I hate to see the worst. I will NEVER sign another contract with cable or satellite; lying cheats. For me at this point I think the best solution is to buy a very good outside, amplified antennae. Rent a couple of movies every now and then and screw the rest. We like Russian TV or RT.com. and I can get that via internet. I do not believe one thing ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, or even FOX now days spits out. If you want to get decent news that is more honest than American MSM watch a few weeks of RT. Buy a good antennae. Don't buy Roku or any other aggravation.
