I went into the Bestbuy store looking to buy a smart TV. The salesperson suggested I buy a ROKU if I was happy with my current TV. I did and I have been very happy with it. From set-up to use, it is exactly what I wanted.

Programming Looks better than an actual cable box I will definitely recommend this to a friend !. I actually see twc live and it looks amazing . Netflix etc !

I purchased this unit 3 months, ago. It was easy to hook up and was working better than I expected, then a sound issue came up. An intermittent sound loss began, and then the sound quit altogether. I reported it to ROKU customer support, and the next day the unit's sound began working again, although they had not responded in any way. Unit worked for a short period of time and then the sound began quitting altogether. I have wasted considerable time trying to get this unit to operate, since I purchased it, following all suggested remedies, numerous times. This unit is not worth the time and effort to get it to operate.

Small and sleek. Provides every streaming service I care about. Wifi direct remote is a huge plus, allowing me to stick it out of sight and still have control.

I decided to get two Rokus once I decided to "cut the cord" with the cable company. By the way...best decision I have made in a very long time!! Now I'm just paying the cable company for internet service. I am saving about $50/month by just using my Rokus with Hulu and Playstation Vue subscriptions VS what I was paying for regular cable. The Roku works well and I like the interface. Once in awhile it does freeze up; however, this is a rare occurrence and its easy to fix by resetting the Roku. If your looking for a good screaming device look no further!

Best option for the price! Runs great and never freezes. Awesome feature that allows you to use headphones through the remote!

Works great. Able to give back cable boxes and use this and the TimeWarner App. Saved me about $100 a year in cable fees. Love it for Netflix, just wish it had a web browser.

Purchased when I cancelled my cable. Can honestly say this has all I need & has saved me hundreds of dollars. Love it!

I have had it for close to 4 months and we love it so far! So easy to use and there is basically no startup time.

Easy to use and configure. Was up and running in no time, good resolution and wireless communication.

Lots of apps to choose from. Some require subscriptions or cable information to view unless you download hacked programs to unlock the content.

Brought this to stream charter spectrum on. Enjoying all the other apps. Great product!

It takes too much time loading and approving each channel online before use. After a few days some of the free channels won't work unless you pay for the use of the channels. All the channel are not free.. You have to process the first few month for free then after the expiration date ends you have to pay a monthly service charge per channel. I would not recommend purchase. It is not what it is said to be.

Its a nice little item to make a non-smart tv smart. Very good for streaming netflix, youtube, NBC Sports, HBO GO and so on.

the whole family loves it. it makes so easy to watch online now.

This is a great streaming device. Works well. No issues so far.

I have the new AppleTV and got Roku since there're still much apps not available for Apple. I really liked that the remote has earphones capability, the sound its not the best but definetwly good for late night shows while the rest is sleeping I also liked the easy access buttons for Netflix and Amazon Video, making very easy to access these apps.

Makes the streaming experience easy to use. Very satisfied.
