My husband and I enjoyed our Roku 3 so much that we placed on on our other TV's and downgraded our cable service to the basic package. Huge savings and we love the ease of use!

I love the Roku 3, it has the most apps compared to its Apple TV, Google Chrome, and Amazon Fire competitors. My only gripe is the remote control. Sometimes the remote control locks up, and I am forced to reboot or unplug the unit in order to reset it. I have even exchanged remotes, and I still had the same problem. I guess it is a quality control issue considering I never had this with the AMazon Fire. But overall, I am still pleased with its functionality and the number of apps is a sure bet. It is still the best on the market.

I was replacing an old Roku XD with this new Roku 3, and the changeover was very easy. Just plugged it in, followed the prompts to input our Wi-Fi password, and we were up and running in no time. The picture quality is noticeably better, which was the main reason for the update. I initially tried a Roku 4, but it was not compatible with my older Samsung TV, so I returned it, and Best Buy exchanged it right away.

Had trouble connecting to my Wi-Fi network. Took four attempts, but it did connect. I could not find a YouTube app, which I thought was strange. Product is nice and fast, and it does have a Charter app which is why I gave it 4 stars.

I have 3 WD streamers (Live / Live Hub / TV). I was a WD fan, but this Roku has made me give them all away. I love the interface, the easy of use, and the plug in headphones.

Our son recommended that we try the Roku player in a room where we did not want to have to install cable. We had considered getting an HD antenna but this is so much simpler to use. The set up was pretty simple and it works great. We have access to nearly every channel as if we had cable. The only negative as far as operations that I have seen is that in order to change a channel you must always go back to the channel guide and then select your channel. You cannot just simply use an up or down arrow or type in a channel.

We love our roku 3. Never purchasing one before, best buy employees helped give the pros and cons on each device. I chose the roku 3 and love the wireless remote with headphone jack. The selection is great and my kids love the games.

The Roku 3 has delivered excellent fast performance to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming channels. I really like the ability to plug your earbuds into the remote.

The Roku - 3 Streaming Player I wish I knew about this 1 year ago I would of save so much money from cable. My cable bill drop form $180 to $75 I love it and with sling TV I get all of the channel that I watch on Cable. Why do I need 300 cable channels that I don't even watch. Sling TV gives me just the channels I watch only plus HBO or Showtime and it's live TV.

I have been very impressed with the Roku. I was skeptical at first but after using it for a couple month's I must say I am impressed. Very responsive and has a ton of options.

I love the roku! It works great . Easy to use. Very easy to set up only minutes to do.

Unit is snaller, hook up easier, remote is a kick, have to get used to the button alignment, but I am a college graduate so I might be able to remember things before I am 80.

We have purchased and used Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Google ChromeCast and now Roku. The amount of content available on Roku far surpasses the other options. As a subscriber of Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu, there is a wealth of content on those platforms for entertainment. Several other free channels provide adequate amounts of content for the whole family. We are still discovering new features and content but the unit and UI far surpasses that of the other streaming devices we have owned or use.

A friend recommended this, and it works just as I expected. I have really enjoyed using it.

Bought this due to Samsung Smart tv not staying connected to the WIFI. far better than the other streaming devices I have used.

With Roku you have everything in a single little device. Easy to carry even on my bag. Im always conected to watch any movie or tv program that I want. Very good choice.

Upgraded from a Roku 1 so especially liked the faster process, better resolution, ethernet port and the headphone jack in the remote. Tried the new streaming stick first but neither I nor customer service could get the remote to work so decided to go with a proven winner. Glad I did. The one area that could've been improved is the built-in media player, which only works with a limited number of formats.

Purchased Roku 3 as an alternative to having to pay for an additional cable box. It works very well, we are using it with a HDTV antenna we get 22 local channels. Works great.

This is my second device. It has all the apps I need including Hulu live. My device went bad after 6 months and after sending 4 emails I got a replacement 4K roku for no extra cost. Highly recommended.

Much better than streaming thru my bluray. You need to know that you can't just drop your cable and expect to get programming from any networks that are on the ROKU menu.
