Roku 3 is great - easy access for the services I regularly use. Headphone jack on the remote is a nice plus.

Very simple to install. Up and running in a few minutes. A wide variety of program material available, some at no cost. Very satisfied with the unit.

I bought one for my living room, my 10-year-old hooked everything up including the set up. We liked it so much that I bought my dad one for Christmas.

This is a fun new toy to play with! The only issue I had was the Duracell batteries that came with the unit died with only a week of very light use.

This is a great little unit. Unlike most of the Roku units, this one has a built in USB port which is great. Using the Roku media player, you can play movies/music/pictures right off of the USB drive. I also love the wireless remote (non-line of sight). I would recommend the Roku 3 to anyone who wants a streaming device and does not need any of the 4K features.

Have used an Apple TV and a Roku 3. The Roku 3 beats the Apple TV box by a mile. The Roku 3 has a lot more channel choices and a better user interface. The only thing Apple TV has going for it is the "Apple" name. If anyone else put out that product, it would have gone bye bye long ago.

I love the Roku. I am so glad to have cancelled my cable TV and this was the right way to go. I still get my History Chanel, A&E, TNT and all the rest. I bought a good indoor antenna, hung it in my attic and connected it to the cable TV wiring I already had. It works great and I am saving $140.00 per month. I really don't miss everything else. I bought a small digital converter for my analog TV and it will record broadcast TV right to a flash drive. I am not sure if I can record off the Roku or not. I am so happy with everything I got a second one for my other TV.

We are cancelling our Direct tv and purchased the Roku to go along with an HD antenna. It's pretty easy to use and offers lots of programs. We are happy with it and have already recommended it to friends.

It opens up a lot of options for your TV. Easy hook up and easy use.

Instructions are easy to follow and once installed, Roku provides access to tons of online content. The headphone jack in the remote is great allowing me to watch at night w/o disturbing my wife and kids.

Netflix is so much better than on the Roku 2, I wish I had upgraded far sooner. Plex is also much smoother, even using a less than ideal WiFi setup.

We cut the cable a long time ago. That was when we bought our first Roku. This is our third and best box. It works and looks great with my HD TV.

Purchased this Roku 3 so that I can unplug from cable in the near future. I have not used it very much yet. When I have used it it works great!

If you have a strong wi-fi it's great!!! Way better than overpriced cable

Quite frankly, it may not exactly be what I thought it was going to be for streaming. Some of the channels are free, but very limited on selection, but all in all it beats the price of cable. For about $15 a month I have Netflix and CBS All Access (The only channel that has Big Bang without paying for every episode) and that's all I need. There's also the option to rent/buy movies from the Roku store any time. I think it's a great device and the only downfall is that I don't think there's any way of turning it off when not in use but I just unplug it and call it good.

I really love my Roku 3. My favorite thing is I can plug in my headphones to the remote. I now do not keep my husband up at night. I also like the variety of channels that I did not get from my Roku HD.

I have disconnected my satellite service because of all the apps Roku offers. I haven't lost any programming and the speed and clarity are great.

I had never streamed anything before, but with roku 3 it was a breeze. works great with nexus flex and amason prime movies. you will love it.

This is a great addition to my TV experience. Simple setup and very easy to use. Not I can get all of my favorite Chanels on one device. Love it.
