Roku works great with the TV. I enjoy all the apps that comes it. Device mirroring is great!

We purchased this Roku to test our sensitivity to no longer having all the available cable channels. Since then we've setup antennas for local news/weather and use the Roku and a couple of less expensive paid services to get any shows we might have missed. Not going back to full cable service after this. There are enough apps available to get us what we need and there are extras that we didn't know we wanted. Great buy!

Lets get the bad part over with. It needs a hdmi cable and it doesnt come with one. So don't forget to buy one when you buy this. Because its worth it, just for the headphone jack on the remote. So conviente when watching tv in bed. I also gave a roku stick on the downstairs TV and can say the roku 3 is much faster doing just about everything.

We have used the Roku player many times and find it to be excellent. We love it.

We broke from direct tv and added an antenna on our roof. We got 28 channels, all the major networks. We missed some of those network channels. This is were the Roku 3 came in. It connects to the HDM1 port on your tv and wireless to your house network. Get internet channels now on our tv. Thru Roku we added SlingTV which gave is 22 channels. HGTV, DISNEY, CNN, ESPN,ESPN2, Hitory, lifetime and more. No more cable TV bills

Roku3 works as advertised and using it as the first step to cutting the cable company cord.

Simple plug and play. Worked as advertised. Bought for watch ESPN works better than on ipad.

I bought this roku to stream netflix. I used a wii to stream in the past and it would hang up all the time. The roku works so much better.

This is the perfect video streaming product. Don't look at anything else, this is the one.

Very pleased with the Roku 3 unit. Waited until a sale to purchase it, so instead of a good deal, it was a great deal! Only reason it wasn't rated a 5 star is that the voice search only works for the major channels, like HBO and Showtime. Searches on Pandora, Hulu, etc. don't work. Still a good buy, and many bells & whistles. (lots of options) Very easy to set up. Can be purchased for under $80, if you watch for sales.

I bought the new Roku 3 and I am extremely happy! My goal was to "cut the cord" on cable and owning a Roku 3 has allowed me to do so. Very simple set-up and the device is so small, it can be placed anywhere as well as travel. The remote is durable and includes headphones that plug into the remote for private listening. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to "cut the cord" on cable, you will not be disappointed!!

Easy setup. Setting up a roku account is cumbersome and over board otherwise no issues so far.

This streamer is top in class. I think what sets Roku apart is that it isn't made to work with one service in mind like the amazon but rather it is made to work with all streaming services well. Fast, easy to use, and I like using the app instead of the remote.

If you have wireless internet and a Roku you don't hardly even need cable or pay channels
