I bought this to see if there was an alternative to cable. With Roku, there are a lot of stations available, even local news. The device has worked well.

The Roku 3 was very easy to set up. It moves quickly to get to the desired channel. The picture is really good. This is a great streaming device.

Still have my cable boxes but can see that I will eventually not need them for most of our TV's. Roku quality is very good. I have 5 in the house. Reliable and like that the remote is WiFi so don't need to worry about pointing the remote at the device.

You can now choose what shows you want to pay for and watch! You no longer need to pay for a 20 channel package to watch the one show you like. They keep adding new channels. They have a variety for the whole family. You can even listen to music.

Buying a roku is a great step in cutting the cord. Can watch many shows using netflix, amazon prime, hulu, etc. Unit is very small and the search feature is the best I have seen: searches across all channels.

Does its job, nice streaming device for the price.

Service is fast with no lags. I like that the remote does not require line of sight with the unit.

I was hoping this would be easier to use than my "smart" tv and it really lives up to the great reviews. I love being able to talk to it! I bought a second one for my son and he loves his also. Maybe I'm on my way to cutting the satellite cord.

Purchased this as an alternate to cable. I got Sling TV to go with it and have to say it is a much quicker device than previous versions. I have a Roku 2 and a Roku stick and from a speed standpoint, this is by far way faster. Happy with my purchase

Being a non Ted guy this product is easy to instal and set up I would highly recommend I also have Apple TV and this was much easier to use.

The remote works fine. It's nice to not have to worry about pointing it directly at the device. I have Netflix and SlingTV accounts that work great. I haven't tried other accounts yet, but I've also set up my Amazon and Google accounts to stream video. Crackle gets you free, ad-supported movies, too. It's nice to be able to use so many different services on one device. My only complaint is that you can't turn it off. It's designed to go into standby to save energy, but you have to unplug it if you actually want to turn it off.

The Roku is nice for all accessing all the typical apps. I specifically bought this for the wireless connectivity to a Surface Pro 3. This allows user to expand the SP3 display to the monitor that's connected to the Roku. Very useful feature.

I am in love with the roku 3...I like the new remote (more sturdy) and I swear the picture is so much better than the picture on my roku 1.

Roku provides easy access to streaming sites such as netflix, hulu and cable apps such as TWC. It is easy to navigate and the pictures are clear

I simply love my ROKU 3. It's easy for anyone to use and I love the earbuds so I can watch my programs late at night without waking anyone up!

Very happy with both of my Roku 3 boxes. They stream smoothly and are capable of streaming at HD quality speeds of 3.7 mbs to 4.7 mbs. I mostly use them with Sling TV and the only problems I have had have been with Sling TV, not the Roku 3.

I love this ROKU device. I had the 2nd generation Apple TV and whenever it stopped supporting YouTube I trashed it and bought this after doing some significant research. If you are looking for a streaming device, look no further and buy this.

We bought this as a replacement for another roku that was no longer connecting to the remote. This one has worked very well, and has specified buttons for Netflix and Hulu which is great

Purchased this device as a birthday present for my daughter who lives in a apartment complex with basic cable only. So with the roku and a basic 30 modern she is able to look at Netflix and HBO and a lot of other things. She is one happy camper
