My cousin introduced me to Roku 3, which provides so many desirable streaming sites. After shopping online in many places, I found the best deal at the time at Best Buy.

Don't know how we ever lived without this gadget! It's fast and easy, giving us access to a lot of different channels.

Love this. I have always owned Rokus since they came out. This one is yet the best because you can speak and it finds what you want. How much easier can it get. Never have a problem with it and it offers a lot to pick from.

I had purchased the Amazon Fire TV. After installing I realized that it did not support the NHL Gamecenter live app. I purchased the Roku 3, that has that app. I've been using it for a while and have enjoyed it's use.

I bought this device because my inept DIRECTV when out again and I needed to watch my soccer games.. so I read the reviews and decided on this roku 3. Main reason was because the roku 4 was a bit more expensive. I paired this roku 3 with a sling blue subscription and bam! Never looked back. Cancelled my DIRECTV. I got everything I need on my home screen. Slingtv, Netflix, Disney channel.

I recently cut the cable at my house and was looking for a good streaming player. Was told by a friend about Roku3. LOVE IT! The headphone remote option is great for not disturbing the wife while she does her grading.

We cut the cord recently and decided to go with the Roku 3 based on reviews and advice from friends. Best decision we could have made. More reliable than the Roku Stick because it has an Ethernet port, and less expensive than the Roku 4 (and we don't have 4K anyway). This thing is awesome. Fast, easy to use, and the headphone jack in the remote is perfect for late night TV watching when your spouse is asleep. If you get a streaming device, get this one for sure. You will not be disappointed.

The Roku was easy to set up and we use it every day, very convenient to access all our streaming services.

I have three Roku sticks and this Roku3. It works perfect. It is a little faster then the sticks.plus voice search is nice.

Apps start fast. I was able to get rid of my cable TV thanks to this device. it would be nice if Sling TV could be programmed into the remote as an automatic button.

I bought the original roku 3 and love it, so I bought the roku 3 stick cause I travel a lot and is lighter and easier to take. I don't have cable anymore and I still get to watch a lot of my shows using the roku.

Excellent technological electronics. Fantastic streaming with no interruptions even at 3D. Also lots of content and providers to choose from. Probably the future of home entertainment. Small footprint but powerful.

The Roku 3 is still a great buy for the buck. Very responsive, HDMI, and Ethernet. Small footprint, very good remote.

Needed it for travel and so my wife can watch netflixs anytime even if i went to bed early for work. It does everything as advertised and i couldnt be more satisfied with it unless i bought it at a sale price. :D

This is our second roku. We love it. You can watch so many shows whenever you want without the constraint of a day or time like with cable or dish networks.

I really like this unit and once I got it hooked up so the remote would pair with the controller it works very well with on exception, the voice controller doesn't work for me at all. That is why it onlky get 4 stars

We originally got the Roku 3 just to be able to stream amazon / VUDU videos and NHL.tv games on our (non smart) living room TV. And it's fantastic for all those tasks. Easy setup and linked right to our router. Manually adding channels with a code is annoying but you only need to do it once per channel. The bonus came from all the other streaming channels you can add through your cable or TV account, especially if you have small kids at home! Access to kid shows for days.

The Roku 3 is great for streaming for Netflix. A very user friendly remote control. I am also really impressed with how well the voice-recognition program works for searching. Totally pleased with this purchase!

Roku 3 had some negative reviews regarding battery drain. We were initially reluctant but had hopes on BestBuy's return policy. But it didnt have any issue. May be some defective products have battery problem.
