The range of apps is fantastic - you are not locked in like on Apple TV. We have no cable and using streaming - Netflix, Amazon. And Sling is great for certain sports (not hockey)

One of the best streaming options for the money. The headphone jack on the remote is a bonus. The option to download additional hidden channels is a plus. Highly recommended.

I am a new user - extremely easy to set up service; there are many channel choices that are free, others that are inexpensive to subscribe to; this is a great alternative to cable programming... just add an HD Antenna to get local channels

We loved this product so much that my younger son wanted one for his room because it had the earplug connection. No issues with it so far and the remote is super easy to use.

Wonderful innovation to have the ear bud for individual watching with others nearby that don't want to listen while they are performing otherduties or jus reading the paper!

Roku is the leader in streaming. It has the most channels, a simple interface, and several rental/purchase options. I tried Android TV and Kodi but I still came back to Roku.

Love my Roku 3. I had a Roku 1 that was lost when I moved so I upgraded the replacement and like it a lot. Perfect if you don't have a smart tv. I use Netflix and Amazon Prime.

I have the first edition of this in my bedroom and wanted to upgrade. I didn't know how many new features they had added. I really liked my first roku but I love my new one.

IT DOESN'T HAVE NUMBERS ON THE REMOTE. IF YOU WANT A STATION YOU HAVE TO THUMB UP OR DOWN THE CHANNELS, WHICH TAKES A LOT OF TIME TO FIND THE CHANNEL YOU WANT. IT ALSO DOESN'T RECORD, SO YOU HAVE TO WATCH ONLY ONE STATION AT A TIME.

I am every satisfied with the Roku 3 for what I have been able to do with it. I like the watching YouTube videos and Netflix. It does what it says and I am very pleased with it.

The roku is the best, first you can do everything from stream Netflix, Hulu and much more but you can plug in a hard drive or jump drive and watch your own videos and photos. But one of the best parts if you don't want to disturb anyone sleeping, etc, you can plug the headphones into the remote and listen to your show (in stereo) without bothering others. again well worth the price and benefits.

This is a great addition to our entertainment set up. We enjoy streaming & now we have many more options (channels) to choose from to stream. We are very happy with it.

Wanted to eliminate my cable bill every month so I did some research and decided on a ROKU 3 to stream Sling and Hulu. It has been about 2 months now and I am very happy that I excited to do so. ROKU 3 works great. I am a music lover and can also stream You tube and Pandora. Lots of other options too but I haven't had a chance to play around with it. I am a female and set it up myself in just minutes.

I had no idea what a Roku was but had heard alot about it. This product is genius and I love that I can take it anywhere I go and watch anything I want without having to watch on my small phone. I used it most recently for NFL sunday ticket which was great. Easy to navigate, download apps and get to watching TV.

I got one of these for the bedroom and it worked great, particularly the earphones on the remote. For the kitchen I had bought an Amazon fire tv stick just to try it out. It was sluggish and more difficult to navigate through the apps. Plus there are some apps I use on the roku that aren't available on the Fire Stick. So, I bought another one of these when it was on sale. I like it way better!
