Tried the Roku 4 but it kept having problems (should have listened to the other reviews). Have Apple 3 but prefer the Roku 3 for most of my viewing. Apple TV is good for photo's, Hulu and music.

Better Quality , compare to Smart TV Apps, Specithan roku 2ally , Screen mirroring with whole Samsung S 5 phone. Media palyer. Roku3 is better

I LOVE this. I am able to get most shows that I would watch with a cable subscription. I have netflix, hulu (which has most shows just 24 hours after they premiere anyways), vudu, and a few other apps available through Roku. Occasionally I have to restart it to connect to the internet, but that's my dumb internet company, I think and not the Roku

No problems setting up. Everything works as it says it should.

One of the best devices to get a great variety of content from the Internet onto a large screen for more comfortable viewing. I very much enjoy the screen shots when media is not being displayed.

I mean, its probably the best streaming box for the money. Sure, there are others like Android TV that allow more customization, but for quick and dirty streaming with no hassles, Roku cant be beat. The 2016 Stick is also really good, and usually cheaper, but the $50 deal at the time was too much to pass up for one that you can run Ethernet to.

Started using Roku sometime ago with Roku HD and it has been great. So I decided to add up grade to my other television. Satisfied indeed.

I just got a TV upstairs and can't connect it to any cables boxes (out of wire rage), so I decided to use a streaming device instead. I previously used Netgear and it had a horrible UI. The Roku 3 player is very user friendly and has more channels available for download than Netgear for sure. The only issue is that it occasionally freezes and restarts itself in the middle of streaming. My parents have this same issue with their two Roku devices.

I had been using chromecast and did not like the selection of offerings, Roku blew them away, it even casts Amazon shows. I'm good for now.

We purchased this ROKU box for use in our vacation home. We have three at home and love to stream TV. Have dumped all dish/cable companies.

This unit does everything. If you want a media player that will run all the new apps. This is it.

My kids purchased me an earlier model of the Roku box. I enjoyed using it until a stome took it out. I am really enjoying this upgraded model

It is fast and simple, great for people that are not tech savy

This was a great addition to our old tv. Now we can watch Netflix, etc. without having a game console attached. It is small enough to hide.

It is very easy to use and I can move it from one tv to another without a hassle. Now I can return cable boxes and hopefully save some cash!

Heard the version 4 was noisy so I picked this one. Works great. I like how works on "rewind". Easier than the Apple TV in that respect.

This is great, love that I can add new apps. Very easy to use.
