We picked up our Roku 3, installed that night and have not missed Cable at all. Not even my 9 year old misses the cable box.

I read about this before buying the unit. Roku had high ratings and gave me what I was looking for. A lot of bang for the cost.

While the Roku concept is great, I am having difficulty with the box freezing up repeatedly. By freezing up, I mean the remote and box work for awhile, then clicking the remote does nothing - can't change channels, pause a program or do anything. The only thing that works to unfreeze it is to unplug it, wait a few minutes and plug it back in. It is very annoying and I would probably not buy the product again. It is not the remote itself as the batteries were new when we bought it and we even changed them out just in case. We replaced them with brand new Ever Ready batteries out of a new package and that didn't fix the problem. Our internet connection wasn't the problem either, as we are able to do other things on the internet without any disconnects. I know others who like Roku but we have not had the same success with it.

The Roku 3 is pretty cool. However, Crackle sometimes misbehaves. Also, I wish the voice search function would work on YouTube.

The price was great! They price matched and I avoided shipping costs. Now far as the product goes... well I like things that are easy to set up. Most PC's/Macs are easier to set up. This Roku requires a activation code for almost every one of the nice apps. Sucks! Really why can't they get you simply to activate with your cable/dish network and verify your authorized channels that way? It took well over an hour and lots of frustration to get everything up and running. Other than that it's a pretty good device.

This was an easy install, just as was advertised. I am so very happy to see Netflix on my big screen as opposed to my computer.

My ROKU is entertaining however, once every 4 minutes or so, the sound goes out for about a second. Also, advertised free channels have no content, like the karioke channel.

I bought the roku so I could get ESPN and I love it. For about $22 a month I got Sling and it is great. Set up was so easy.

Am amazed at the quality of websites and programs available at no charge and also for the reasonable price paid for the unit.

Now have one on all tvs. Since they work with TWC, we were able to turn in set top boxes and eliminating that monthly fee.

This is a fantastic investment and a very inexpensive way to avert high cable and satellite monthly charges for TV watching.

An awesome way to have many channels to watch without cable or satellite hook up. Lots of variety and very easy to set up!

Needs a bit more in the instruction due to all options. There are so many options to choose that it is a little daunting.

The roku is a great product with many apps available to watch. I gave it 4 stars only because I wish you could get local channels for news, but I'm sure there's an app for it.

Roku box is easy to use and has many streaming channels to pick from. The only down side is that you still need a cable provider to use several of the channels or have to pay for channels. There are still plenty of channels that are free and some of the channels have in channel purchases, but still have free items available.
