    I like these TVs for guest mode at my rental home they can enter their check-out date and it signs them out

    Picture quality is great but I’m returning it tomorrow because there’s no way to play the sound thru my existing sound system. I have a converter to change the optical to analogue and the sales associate said it would work but it will not. I called Roku and was informed this tv will only work with a Roku sound bar. So back it goes for refund!

    randomly got a white vertical streak on my screen when watching prime. Unplug my tv for a couple hours and plugged it back in only for it to get worse. The streak turned into the entire screen fading to white than black. Had to go buy a new tv in the end. Unsure why this tv broke with only three months of use and only 9 months old.

    Ive always been happy with my Roku boxes. So I expected to be happy with this TV. But Im not. I expected the performance of a Roku Ultra but instead got the performance of a cheap streaming stick from 10 years ago. Slow and laggy. Its not a bad TV otherwise, but I hope they try again and shoot for a more top of the line experience.

    Sound Unreliable

    I really wanted to like this TV, but after returning one, the second one had the same problem - the sound kept going out (using just the TV speakers) and I could not find any answers to why after numerous changes to the settings and searches on the internet. When it worked it was great, but the only way to fix it was to restart the TV and the problem popped up every time we used it. Certainly not acceptable. Roku has taken a step back with this one. I've always like their products before, but now I'm not so sure.

    The TV was great but I was told I was going to have ESPN but that was not the case. I have to pay for ESPN, an addition, the sound went dead, and I had to return it.

    Not a monitor for Windows

    The TV may be OK, but it won't work as a computer monitor' The device recognizes the computer when the computer is booting up. It recognizes the computer when running linux. It loses the connection when Windows 10 loads. We returned the TV and brought home another of the same and the same error occurred. Then Best Buy furnished a TCL TV. The TCL works just fine.

    I was told this was a good TV to use with Verizon cable, but I had to return it because it was not easy to set up.
