    Amazon keeps dumping ads and updates that made this TV unusable. Don’t buy a FireTV if you want to be able to use it more than a few years

    Annoying. No bluetooth, you have to click through apps to get to cable tv every time turn on.

However, you can use Headphone Mode to connect your wireless headphones to your TV via your smartphone for private listening.     Worst sounding TV ever experienced

    I am a fan of the Roku platform, have two TCL Roku TVS and Roku Ultra box… but this TV is unlistenable! It was the worst sounding TV I’ve ever had. Took it straight back to Best Buy and replaced it with a Hisense also with Roku built in and it is fine (this is an office TV, not needing premium sound, just adequate, listenable sound).

    Bought this tv for my semi and opened it brand new out of box worked great the first night then while here shut down in Cali the tv is in a non stop boot loop or if it does manage to stay up for 10 mins and then starts it all again I have gone through and switched it to 4 different plugs in my truck and even factory reset the tv and it still does it. And where im across the states im going to miss the 15 day return policy so i am out the 160$ i paid for this.

    Don't choose this model!

    This TV has a terribly slow processor, or an inept OS. I don't know which, but it constantly slows down, freezes, and even locks up. Best Buy's "service" dept was worthless. Do yourself a favor, don't choose this model. And reconsider Best Buy.

    The TV did not work. The legs were extremely difficult to put on. I returned it the next day for a full refund

    Very disappointed in this TV. Very difficult to rewind a show or even pause. Picture quality is okay but should have bought a new Roku for my Vizio. I have a large Roku TV which I love and have no problems with.

    Defective 32” ROKU smart tv??

    Had TV less than a month. Already have issues. Appears to be stuck in a loop on the ROKU icon. Icon blinks on and off every several seconds. Have to unplug to turn off. Not much help from online assistance.

    Bought this to be a bedroom gaming tv. Turning on game mode results in constant stuttering, turning it off causes high input lag; truly the worst of both worlds.

    Wobbly tv stands

    The tv stands that you screw into the bottom are very difficult to fit correctly and make the tv wobbly and unstable. Unless youre going to mount the tv on the wall, i would not recommend this product.

    Some Pros and Cons

    Pros: The TV is functional and works fine. Sound is better than the TV it replaced (also a 32" smart TV). Con's: Tons of intrusive personal questions to answer in order to actually make the TV function, tons of ads on the menu page, a voice control on the remote, all of which means your personal information is being sold/leaked/used/abused on the internet. Also, power cord was a foot shorter than the old TV, necessitating an extension cord to get it plugged in to the same outlet, and the TV did not come with a protective plastic film on the screen which resulted in fingerprints all over the screen from installing the TV on a wall mount, even after being extremely careful about it. Finally, the screws for the legs were missing from the packaging. Rating it 3 stars, average.

    I have several roku Smart devices, so when ,y bedroom tv died I thought I'd try a roku TV. The price was great. So far my only issue is, there is not a 3.5 mm jack outlet for a speaker I had on my old TV. I'm sure there's a work around. But the TV itself seems great, pic excellent, colors are vibrant, was easy to connect. The pay online and pick up was so easy, especially for us older folks. All around it was a sound purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

    I am very happy with the Roku Tv. Set up was very easy and navigating the operations of the tv were very easy. The picture is very good, nice and clear. My only issue is that when pausing a show, when you go back to the show, there is no sound. To recover the sound I turn the tv off, then back on. It happens occasionally. I have not reached out to Roku about this issue yet.

    TV has great reception and picture. It was easy to set up. The holes for the base screws are not quite big enough so I was unable to get the screws all the way in. If you have a smart TV only one channel changer is needed to operate the TV. A definite plus.
