The only disappointing item is the picture quality. There is a definite blurriness in the image that can be seen from as far as 8 feet away. It is a 720p television but the image appears more like that of an old 480i television.

I drove 150miles to Rapid City SD to exchange TV, Best Buy refunded my PayPal 106.99 and I found the exact same TV and was charged 143.05 a difference of 36.06 . Does this same right?

Should have bought a new one

I could hear an audio menu speaking and saw a light blue screen but never a menu screen or any picture. Tried the hard reset, the remote reset, and the reset button on the back but nothing helped. Bought as an excellent condition prior return and should have tested as soon as I took it out of the box. Learned a lesson to buy new instead of trying to save a few bucks.
