    It had decent picture and sound until it completely died 2 months after purchase date. Of course it can't be returned. The Roku software and hardware was a complete disaster. Regardless of the streaming service you use it will freeze. The tv will also become non responsive. The program you are watching will freeze and the remote will not work. The only way to get the tv to work again is to disconnect it. This will happen over and over again. Remote response time is measured in increments of 10, 20, 30 seconds. There's a reason it was on sale.

    TV sometimes glitches when we click pause and the remote that came with it is wonky so its hard to change the volume.

    The remote has been a pain as it does not respond To the increase or decrease in sound. I’ve tried all of the on line helps without success.
