    I was told that it was Bluetooth headphone compatible but found out too late that it is not. I don’t appreciate wasting my money on a lie from the salesman.

    I wouldn’t buy another Roku…the tv updates and completely screws it up. I finally did a factory reboot and it’s stuck and will not pair with remote. I lost all my cable channels before I tried to reboot… never again will I have a Roku. Even my cable company couldn’t fix it.

    Speakers are the high point with some settings tweaks. However, this tv has gotten worse with software updates and many apps are already laggy for a tv that’s not very old. Lots of crashes, restarts and bugs. Picture gets a little blurry with any motion. Regretting getting the “Roku” brand vs another Roku manufacturer.

    No remote, no hardware, no mounting brackets, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Because it was open box I spent multiple sessions on hold with tech support just to be told they make no guarantees on open box items. Never again!

    Purchased the TV in an attempt to change over to streaming my television. Really like ROKU but the TV is not nice and I would trade for the cheapest Samsung over this thing. Picture quality is awful and it is much slower than any other TV in my house. Would highly not recommend.

    The picture & sound occasionally freezes. Changing the chennel & then back to what you want unfreezes it. Somethings a text error messages appears on the screen. This occured with weaker stations.

    No Bluetooth BAD they do have a phone app to link to Bluetooth but it's not that great audio seems to have problems. A direct link via Bluetooth is the best way to do private listing So Roku get on the bandwagon and include Bluetooth

    Very disappointed in shipping. Shipped on December 7 and still do not have the tv. Everything else arrived in a timely fashion but this tv is still in limbo.

    I purchased this TV to replace my Insignia Roku TV. The voice and picture kept getting out of sync after about an hour of watching TV. I did not have any external speakers. I tried replacing the USB drive and all of the troubleshooting with Roku Support (which was basically just restart, update, and reset). They could not fix it so I returned it.

    Received my TV damaged. Waited for my exchange delivery for June 21st received my text with the updated time window and NO ONE showed. I didnt receive an updated text stating that my delivery was late. So now im waiting on a new delivery due by June 28th, as the representative said.

      Hi Faye, help has arrived! It sounds like your TV may be going idle after 20 minutes and entering into an automated power-savings mode. But fear not, it can easily be disabled!

      To do so, use your Roku remote and navigate to the home screen, scroll to Settings, select Power, and select Auto power savings. Here, you can disable this feature, which should keep your TV from turning off when you leave the room for a duration of time.

    We were looking for something for a very old person with very few electronic skills, the sales person said this is it! WELL it is very hard to use with medium electronic skills! EXTREMELY HARD TO SET UP AND OPERATE!

    This television is the worst television I have ever owned. I returned one that didn't work correctly only to have it replaced with another tv that doesn't work correctly. Of course, it is too late to return!!!

Imagine, if you will, a world without smartphones - a world without the modern automobile - a world without electricity, plumbing, or even fire itself. Hallmarks of our world though they are today, they were bestowed upon us by the finest minds of our past. In my cramped college bedroom, nestled in the upper story of by busy and noisy duplex home, my 32" Roku Smart TV sits on the wall, overlooking the ground below - a vigilant information-age gargoyle, not unlike those stationed in others' bedrooms. The device has a sleek and unassuming presence. It needs not to make itself known; it prefers to bask in quiet dignity, for it contains within itself a portal to everywhere and anything. Apps such as Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube run flawlessly, offering beautiful visuals and competitive sound quality. Its user interface, likewise, is stunningly simple - I never found a need to consult a manual or tutorial; the menus are supremely intuitive. More than a television, this machine is a weapon designed to obliterate boredom and inconvenience. When I received an e-mail asking how likely I would be to recommend this product to a friend or colleague, I was absolutely flabbergasted - I had actually just finished taking my friend to our local Best Buy to get him a 32" Roku Smart TV for himself. The only complaint I have about this product is that using it has rendered me effectively unable to talk about much else. My family now complains that I now use every conversation as an excuse to discuss the Roku line of smart televisions. In fact, I've recommended this product to seventeen people in the past week, and I can owe it all to the genius technical design of this device. I'd like to extend warm congratulations those who helped design this product: the software developers who created the stunning Roku OS, the designers of the ergonomic, compact remote control, the electrical engineers who created its inner circuitry - even the glassmakers who fried the sand that later became the screen for my beautiful, beautiful television. I know some may still stand by the Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, Apple TV, or any of the other streaming-focused contemporary smart television products. I don't know enough about those products to convince you not to buy them - all I know is that, as my hour of death draws near and I draw up my final will and testament, my financial assets shall go to my children, my home shall go to my wife's family, but my 32" Roku Smart television will remain with me in the grave, for she and I shall not be parted.
