    Occasionally loss of audio. Its seems the remote control uses battery charge a lot (already, one power bar gone in less than month usage).

    Great customer service in the store, lousy customer service on the phone. Did not receive the free subscription to YouTube, Apple, or Fubo with the purchase of my Roku TV. Then was on hold for over 20 minutes trying to fix the problem.

    stopped working after 1year; Favorite channels wont save+dont display on Channel Guide.Local broadcast channels important 2me No internal tuner? bc reception is lousy. so bought tv antenna, but tv coax antenna port broke off immed.so only streaming works! HATE remote bc it doesnt allow U 2 select channels by #; only up or down, or streaming. Dirty secret of ‘smart’ TVs is that theyre clunky if U want live broadcast. I got rid of DirecTV bc of cost, but now no way to record shows either. What do i have 2 buy 2select channels+record?
