    The product is great. Best Buy IS NOT!!!!! I order multiple televisions. All but one showed up. Contacted Best Buy no less than 3 times. Each time I was told a replacement would be sent. Finally, the 3rd time, a replacement WAS actually sent. It took 2 more weeks!!! When it finally arrived, the screen was smashed. Because they had already sent one replacement, which showed up smashed, they are not able to send me a replacement. AND now I wait for my refund. I give up! Ordering a replacement from Amazon.

    This was a gift for someone & it was unfortunate that the tv came with no remote or stand. This has never happened to me before, but hey never say never lol

    Returned. A week later I brought a tv I bought about 4 yrs ago, along with two other tv at BB to be disposed of and I had bought 3 I phones in the last two years from BB. Despite their web site and their AI message saying they would recycle TVs bought there. They refused. I asked to see the manager, and the man that came over and confirmed “NO” sold me my last phone. Not a manager! Goodby Best Buy!

    The product came with defective legs. I contacted support twice about it and while they promised to send new legs they never came. Im still waiting for the replacement legs. They are cheaply made and provide no actual support.

    The television is actually a 35in not 40in as advertised, whether it's your product or not i don't think thats rite!!!
