    this is a very good TV for the money. 1080P only, which isnt bad, but if you have to have 4K or higher, you'll need to spend more.

    Started off ok then would not reconnect to the internet. Did a factory rest all kinds of stuff nd never got it to work again

    Sound is not good, and can't get voice to sync. Disappointed. Will be looking for another TV, different brand.

    total disappointment.after 2 weeks the sound stopped working. then the tv would not turn on. these are basic and shouldn't be happening daily

    The TV turns channel by itself. It gets frozen. Sometimes it wìll not turn to channel.

    I am so disappointed with this TV. I have owned Roku devices for years and thought I would upgrade to a Roku TV. This TV or the remote - have not figured out which one - is not working correctly. The response time is slow on any feature I try. I have had to reset my internet and the TV several times since I started using it.

    I won’t be purchasing from Best Buy anymore. I bought the tv in store and when I got home it was broken. I tried returning in store and store employee flat out said I wasn’t going to get a replacement or a refund. I threw the tv away and I’m out of $188. It sucks because it was my kids Christmas present and the last of my money!
