Disappointed

I have owned Roku devices for years and thought I would upgrade to a Roku TV. This TV or the remote - have not figured out which one - is not working correctly. The response time is slow on any feature I try. I have had to reset my internet and the TV several times since I started using it.

Won't connect to anything

Thus, even with TWO WiFi options to connect through I could not finish the set up of this TV. Apparently, you must have a Roku network/account to have this TV. I took it back and got a TCL TV that connected just fine to Google network.

I won’t be purchasing from Best Buy anymore!!!!

I bought the tv in store and when I got home it was broken. I tried returning in store and store employee flat out said I wasn’t going to get a replacement or a refund. I threw the tv away and I’m out of $188. It sucks because it was my kids Christmas present and the last of my money!

Constantly crashes

This TV has been constantly crashing, freezing, and rebooting after only having it for 2 months, which is now after the returnable time. This TV is a piece of junk. You're better off getting a vizio or samsung and use a roku stick with that.

Avoid - Bad Choice

Very poor performance
