The built-in speakers have no bass at all. Even turning the bass up all the way, you can only hear the slightest difference. If you have a sound bar or stereo system to plug it into, it is a wonderful TV, especially for the price. I also like that the remote has a headphone jack, and it sounds great through my headphones. This is a wonderful feature, especially because it does not have BlueTooth. This is the first and only Roku device I have. I have Apple and Fire devices, but I really like the Roku and all the channels. It is really easy to find what I want to watch. I use it in my office with an external sound system, and it works great in this application.

I love being able to talk into the remote. I will be looking to add Roku in the future based on how well the one I purchased is working

Easy to use and connect to everything. I bought it brand new in mid November and it powers off as soon as I turn it on every other time I use it. Super bummed but it turns on the next time no problem. Heard it’s a common problem though

Misplaced critical stand support scews. Went back to store and claimed these items were not in the box. While skeptical personnel open a NEW box and gave me needed scews no questions asked. Shocked and appreciative i went home, in stalled TV and found missing scews. Without hesitation and appreciative I went back to store and returned unopenned package of screws. Couldn't have asked for more! Kodos!!

Replaced a 12 year old TV, that still worked well but was showing its age. Being a Roku, the streaming is built in. Picture is great and the functionality is super.

We are familiar with Roku, as we use the 4K Roku streaming sticks. I found this tv on the best buy app, and it caught my attention, so we decided to try it out, and we couldnt be happier! The picture and sound on this tv is phenomenal and way exceeded our expectations! 4K, HDR, and gaming look and respond incredibly. Highly recommend this tv!

I really like the picture, but I don't pretend to be an expert in color tones and such. It works reliably and 43" for this little money is great. One note: VESA holes are at 200mm x 200mm. I had to get an adapter to place on my 100x100 mount.
