Good tv, but we can't get the Bose soundbar to connect to it.

I bought this open box Roku Tv in Excellent condition and it was as supposed to have all of the pieces/accessories, but I got home to find that the TV stand was missing. The next day I went back to Best Buy and one of the associates found the stand in the warehouse after about 30 minutes of searching. Apart from the inconvenience of having to make 2 trips to Best Buy, I’ve been happy with my purchase.

This is a very good TV for the price. We have it a pretty well lit home gym and the picture is solid with no glare. The sound is fine. I'm no audiophile or videophile but I think this TV works great for a small space for casual viewing.

I had a bias against Roku, but have been nothing but pleased with this purchase. Simple operation. Good picture quality. Much prefer their remote to those from LG or Samsung. All in all, great TV for the $

This television from Roku was easy to install and activate. I have been pleased with its performance. I do not have any of the flaky issues I experienced with the FireTV it replaced. I would recommend it.

My old TV (purchased from Best Buy) finally died (after 17 years!), so I went back to Best Buy to get another. I purchased a 43" Roku TV & mounting bracket. It was delivered the next day by the amazing Michael. Turned out the mounting bracket wouldn't fit the TV, but he made suggestions in his notes & I returned it & bought the one he suggested. In the meantime, he set up the TV so I could watch it that night. Then he came back the NEXT MORNING & expertly installed it on the mounting bracket. Michael was well-trained, worked quickly & efficiently & has a warm & wonderful personality that made the whole experience a joy. Thank you Best Buy, thank you Geek Squad & most importantly, thank you Michael. I couldn't be happier.

This is my second Roku TV and they both have the same exact issue the feet are wobbly and won’t screw in tightly need longer screws for the legs. Everything else is amazing I love these TVs so easy to use. I used to be a big believer in a different brand but this one is so much easier and the colors are very good considering the price

This TV performs exactly a advertised and by my standards the picture is great and the sound is decent. The Roku interface is quick to respond. For a TV and movie casual viewers this is the best deal out there.

The ROKU TV looked good, but I returned it to Best Buy. During a setup it required personal information (credit number, name, email address, etc) before it would work. I find it as best not to share that type of information unless extremely necessary.

The Roku application is by far the easiest and most efficient to use. Roku TVs are fairly new. The one big potential issue is that the power cord is permanently built in to the TV! All of my other TVs the power cord can be removed and swapped for a longer or shorter cable. This is very important when wall mounting. Now if cord is too short you have to use an extension cord that potentially shows along the wall. All I can figure is that it's a cost saving measure.
