    TV itself is fine, but customer service at Best Buy was terrible. The item was advertised online for one price, but the website kept hitting a glitch and wouldn't let me purchase it. I went to the store the next morning and they would not honor the lower price that was advertised online the night before -- even though it was a problem with their website that would not let me complete the transaction. Ugh.
