Had to contact Roku support, and they'll take another 5-7 business days to ship replacement screws. They also were unable to tell me what kind of screws they were in case I wanted to go get new screws myself.

In the meantime, For wall mounting, the TV adheres to a 300 x 300 mm VESA pattern and the screw size and hole depth you'd need for a wall mount are M6*8 mm.

NO BLUETOOTH CAPABILITY
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.IT'S THE FACT THAT I HAD A 42" SAMSUNG TV THAT HAD BLUETOOTH CAPABILITY, BUT ROKU SELLS A 43" WITH ALL THE APPS AND NO BLUETOOTH CAPABILITY UNLESS YOU BUY A 50" OR BIGGER!!! SOME OF US ARE DISABLED AND REQUIRE THE USE OF BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES! THIS TV IS USELESS FOR MY NEUROLOGICAL/AUDIO DISABLITIES. NOT ONLY THAT, MY TV IS MOUNTED CLOSE TO THE CEILING AND MY UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS WORK ALTERNATING SHIFTS AT THE HOSPITAL; I WOULD LIKE TO USE MY BLIETOOTH HEADPHONES SO I DONT DISTURB THEM DURING THE NIGHT. I PROMPTLY RETURNED THE TV!! ROKU, PUT BLUETOOTH CAPABILITY IN ALL YOUR TV'S. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE 43" ROKU TV SINCE IT HAS NO BLUETOOTH CAPABILITY. PICTURE AND SOUND QUALITY IS SUBPAR IN MY OPINION.

Started out great…now bad

Now its not working! Picture starts out great then about 30 minutes, sometimes less, it starts jumping, blinking and blurry. Unable to watch. Bought it in August of 2024, lasted about 4 minths

The sound quality is absolutely awful (and I'm not an audiophile by any means.) Think bad speakerphone. (I know most people would solve this with a soundbar, but that's not an option for us.) Visual quality was strangely blurry & indistinct while still being overly "sharp" and "bright" even when we went through all the options for adjustment (and yes, we both have good vision.) Gave us both headaches after an hour (and we're not prone to those.) There are MUCH better options out there even for a budget TV. (In fact, we went with an Insignia for $100 less that out performs this TV by miles straight out of the box.) I wasn't expecting high end performance from a TV at this price point, but the Roku was still super disappointing.
