    I read the reviews and read about reviews about how tv stopped working after months, but I also read good reviews. I should have believed the bad. Bought in Nov. 2024 and 5 months later (April 2025) - just stopped working - dead. Won't ever buy another Roku again.

    I've been watching my new tv, with no sound for well over a week because I was told multiple times that someone would check out the problem, even given times and dates, but no one comes!! What kind of customer service is rhis?

    Poor experience

    The TV is great. The store experience was poor. We were told we could not obtain the sale price, three days after the purchase, without rescheduling the delivery date. Due to the handicap condition of the customer this was not an option. On the day of delivery, the Geek Squad canceled reporting the mount was not in stock.

    Piece of garbage won't turn back on after a power outage. Screen flashing, Roku emblem jumping around, then nothing. Very mad.

    Lost and Shattered

    This wasn’t BestBuys fault, but my tv got “lost” for a week. And then when it was found and shipped to my house, it was completely shattered. I went to the best buy store an hour from here and it took forever to get a replacement. Finally got it home and The tv just isnt worth it for the price. Its junk.

    I bought this TV in January of this year, and it's already dead. The sound just stopped and I feel like a TV should last more than four months. I am not happy.

    Lasted 13 months before it died. 2nd one even. Buy a little bit nicer tv. Or a newer model?

    Cheap TV lasts 12 months

    This television only lasted 14 months before a horizontal line appeared on screen; the display was darker below the line and lighter above the line. After some research, I found this is not an uncommon problem. This television, it seems by customer feedback, is not made to last over a year.

    Terrible experience

    Worked for less than a year in than went into recovery mode and there was nothing we could do to get it out of this. Many calls to support and hours working with Roku they finally replaced the Tv. I could have bought 3 TVs with the time I spent messing with this.

    I decided to give ROKU a try, seems like every time I turn around the cable prices increase, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the picture, and the sound on this TV, and the best part about it is that you can get all of the programming that you need for free, it's simple to connect, and operate the remote, at the same time I also purchased an antenna so I can get all of the local channels, as well as a wall hanger, and to make the deal even sweeter, this 4K smart TV was on sale, I'm very pleased with this purchase, I put it in my bedroom so that I can watch what I want while the rest of the family is watching different programs in the living room. This TV is very light, I hung it myself without no help. So in conclusion, I would recommend this TV to anyone who is contemplating cutting the cable.

    Purchased this TV on Aug 9 2024. Within one month it started turning itself off immediately after turning it on. Now it will not connect to Wifi. Best buy won't help even we purchase a Geek squad plan.

    Maybe I got a defective model. But the TV quite literally stopped working while in use. I only had it for 20 days! I barely even used it. Very dissatisfied.

    Tv came completely cracked. Best Buy wouldn’t honor a refund or replacement because it was more than 15 days from purchase. Buyer beware.

    Never got to watch it. It was impossible to attach the feet to the tv because the screws wouldn’t tighten enough to safely attach the feet. Now I get to lug this waste of space back to Best Buy. Waited days for this. Roku, please don’t make tv sets. You aren’t good at it.

    Purchased this TV in June 2024. Used only a few times and it’s dead. Won’t turn on, went through all the troubleshooting. I’ll be bringing this back for a refund, won’t get another Roku TV again.

    Plastic crap

    The screws that came with the legs did not fit in the holes so we never even finished setting this up. It’s being returned. So annoying because it was a gift and driven over 100 miles.

    Does not connect to Google Home

    The TV itself is fine, but it does not connect to Google Home which was a must-have for our family. I have spent countless hours over nearly 2 weeks trying to resolve with Google AND Roku support. Returning before the window is up.

      Hello KrissyG, thank you for your feedback! Were you able to get your Roku-branded TV connected to your Google Home Assistant? Since all Roku players and TVs are compatible with Google and Alexa voice assistants, we’d love to help.

      Here are a few steps you can try: First, enable Fast TV Start: Go to Settings > System > Power > Fast TV Start and turn it on. Second, make sure both the Roku-branded TV and Google Assistant (via phone or smart speaker) are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

      Lastly, do you have any other Roku devices in your home linked to Google Assistant? While Google Home can link to multiple Roku devices, it can only connect to one Roku account at a time. We recommend making sure any Roku devices in your home are all linked are under the same Roku account. After doing that, try removing and re-adding your Roku account in the Google Home app.
