Disasterous Purchase

The only items in the box were the legs and TV. I called Best Buy and told them. They said go back to the store where you have to get the remote and instructions. When I was there they provided the remote and instructions and I asked them if there was anything else I needed and they said no. Then when I got home, I read the manual and saw that screws were also needed for the legs, and batteries were missing too. I called again and told Best Buy I was returning the TV.

Not worth it folks!

Purchased this on June 17. It worked fine for a month. I came home from a trip and had to re-boot it several times, but it eventually started streaming again. Today, I returned from another trip, and could not reboot it after several attempts. I was surprised that I was no longer able to return or exchange. Customer service for ROKU was absolutely no help at all!

Ghost in the Machine

It would've been great if not for that major flaw. The best advice Roku tech support could give was to return it, so I did and got an Insignia Fire TV. Poor sound quality too, would definitely need a sound bar with it.

19 months later......Dead

Don’t buy this TV!

Everyone you turn it off, you have to cycle through the set up process, like you plugged it in for the first time. I’ve watched every you tube video on how to fix but it doesn’t. The software will not update no matter how many times you go through set up. Not sure what else to do. But it’s extremely annoying and a waste of money.

Lost and Shattered

And then when it was found and shipped to my house, it was completely shattered. I went to the best buy store an hour from here and it took forever to get a replacement. Finally got it home and The tv just isnt worth it for the price. Its junk.

Stay away from Roku

I should have believed the bad. Bought in Nov. 2024 and 5 months later (April 2025) - just stopped working - dead. Won't ever buy another Roku again.

Cheap TV lasts 12 months

After some research, I found this is not an uncommon problem. This television, it seems by customer feedback, is not made to last over a year.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided to give ROKU a try, seems like every time I turn around the cable prices increase, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the picture, and the sound on this TV, and the best part about it is that you can get all of the programming that you need for free, it's simple to connect, and operate the remote, at the same time I also purchased an antenna so I can get all of the local channels, as well as a wall hanger, and to make the deal even sweeter, this 4K smart TV was on sale, I'm very pleased with this purchase, I put it in my bedroom so that I can watch what I want while the rest of the family is watching different programs in the living room. This TV is very light, I hung it myself without no help. So in conclusion, I would recommend this TV to anyone who is contemplating cutting the cable.

Stopped working with 20 days

Terrible experience

Many calls to support and hours working with Roku they finally replaced the Tv. I could have bought 3 TVs with the time I spent messing with this.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

It was impossible to attach the feet to the tv because the screws wouldn’t tighten enough to safely attach the feet. Now I get to lug this waste of space back to Best Buy. Waited days for this. Roku, please don’t make tv sets. You aren’t good at it.
