    I bought this TV in January of this year, and it's already dead. The sound just stopped and I feel like a TV should last more than four months. I am not happy.

    Piece of garbage won't turn back on after a power outage. Screen flashing, Roku emblem jumping around, then nothing. Very mad.

    Does not connect to Google Home

    The TV itself is fine, but it does not connect to Google Home which was a must-have for our family. I have spent countless hours over nearly 2 weeks trying to resolve with Google AND Roku support. Returning before the window is up.

      Hello KrissyG, thank you for your feedback! Were you able to get your Roku-branded TV connected to your Google Home Assistant? Since all Roku players and TVs are compatible with Google and Alexa voice assistants, we’d love to help.

      Here are a few steps you can try: First, enable Fast TV Start: Go to Settings > System > Power > Fast TV Start and turn it on. Second, make sure both the Roku-branded TV and Google Assistant (via phone or smart speaker) are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

      Lastly, do you have any other Roku devices in your home linked to Google Assistant? While Google Home can link to multiple Roku devices, it can only connect to one Roku account at a time. We recommend making sure any Roku devices in your home are all linked are under the same Roku account. After doing that, try removing and re-adding your Roku account in the Google Home app.

    Lemon for a TV

    Purchased this TV on Aug 9 2024. Within one month it started turning itself off immediately after turning it on. Now it will not connect to Wifi. Best buy won't help even we purchase a Geek squad plan.

    Purchased this TV in June 2024. Used only a few times and it’s dead. Won’t turn on, went through all the troubleshooting. I’ll be bringing this back for a refund, won’t get another Roku TV again.

    Five minutes after plugging my brand new Roku, smart TV in it just made a light popping sound with the hissing sound, and just started Smokey from the bottom

    The screws that came with the legs did not fit in the holes so we never even finished setting this up. It’s being returned. So annoying because it was a gift and driven over 100 miles.

    If you want to use this tv with an antenna and no wifi, you will find out that this tv makes it very difficult to set up.

    Our delivery was canceled by the driver. Bestbuy never delivered the product and i have still not recieved my money back for 3 weeks
