    Good for price, but was expecting the 4k to be a constant thing rather than exclusive to certain channels and sometimes costing extra, and there is a mild glitchiness with the home screen returning or refreshing after selecting a channel,

    I love the Roku platform but I am very disappointed in the picture quality. Very dark and not as shatp as our Samsung. Unfortunately my husband threw away the box or it would go back today.

    An absolute nightmare.

    I wanted to use this TV with my cable TV connection while I wait for a router to arrive. Turns out you can't easily do that. Roku took away the option to connect to the Internet at a later time during setup so if you don't have a wired or wireless network established, the TV is useless because you have to register the TV online first, then and only then are you allowed to come back in and make changes to the source connection, ie, cable, antenna TV, internet etc. Packed up and returned immediately. Thanks for the incredibly frustrating experience, ROKU.

    will never buy another Roku TV

    I am very frustrated with Roku TV. My mom is technically challenged with a bit of dementia and I reduced her channels to the bear minimum of what she wants but Roku is all the time adding new channels and there doesn't appear to be anyway to opt out of having them show up in your channel list. This causes a lot of trouble. Plus what kind of nitwit decided not to put number keys on a remote when there are hundreds of channels to choose from? Who want to scroll through hundreds of channels? Will never buy another Roku TV.

    Awful sound and black pixel

    The sound on this was awful, I am comparing it to a TCL, and the Roku TV sounded very flat, tinny, and had no bass. I tried looking for settings if anything could be adjusted. Already disappointed in the sound, I went to remove the plastic around the edge in case it was covering a speaker (it looks like the sound comes from the bottom and was not obstructed by plastic) and noticed a black/broken pixel in the center of the screen towards the top. Was really hoping for a quality product, but compared to a TCL, this TV seems cheap (even though it is more expensive).

    Tv is barely good for scrap

    This is a crap tv. After having it for a month the tv would lag, freeze, or restart the tv on its own. It’ll lag when you are using the app- specifically netflix. I’ve contacted the tv company and told them if this error and they weren’t able to do anything. Go with Samsung or any other brand instead.

      First, check for the latest update under your Settings menu to ensure that you are on the newest software version. Additionally, if the freezing seems to happen only on the Netflix app, it can help to uninstall and reinstall the app.

      Lastly, you may want to double-check your signal strength as well as network connectivity can cause some of the issues you described. On your Roku, go to Settings > Network > Check connection. This will test the quality of the signal and also measure the speed of that connection, to be sure that your signal is strong enough.     It’s not a great TV it shuts off every 5 minutes. I regret buying this TV. I wish I would have bought another Fire TV but those weren’t in stock. Do better Roku.
