    Horrible experience. Bought refurbished- made sure to check the fine print before driving 30 mins to pick it up only to be told upon arrival that there was no remote, stand, or mount. So I’d have to purchase them separately. For that amount I could have just purchased a brand new tv. Waste of time.

    Subscription for all apps includ internet search

    Product wise ok. But in Roku we need subscriptions for all apps to use, which is something I don't like.

    Apps Repeatedly Crash while Viewing

    This is my first and last Roku tv. I bought this to replace an 8 year old 55” LG tv. I bought specifically for the built in apps. I assumed it would provide ease of use, but I was wrong. The apps randomly crash in the middle of a show or movie for no apparent reason. It’s not just one app, but all of them. It’ll repeatedly crash at least once a day and I’ll have to restart the app. The picture is also mediocre compared to my old LG-significantly. The sound is so low on this tv. I advise against buying a Roku. Go with an LG or a Samsung.

    Very disappointed in this product. Have always purchased Roku tvs. Tried 2 of these. The first was turning on and off by itself. The second, the remote was not functioning properly with the tv. It seems to be a bad batch of them.

    Disappointed in DVR using USB Memory

    Looses connection to USB Memory Stick, so I lost DVR feature many times. Unplug and reset works but is annoying to have to reach back there. lol, that sounds lazy.

    TV stopped turning on within 4 months

    I purchased this TV in February 2024, it stopped turning on in June 2024, I called Roku multiple times to replace the TV but kept a getting the runaround. The TV apps were very slow when loading ever though I have high speed internet. It has been over a week and I have not received any assistance from Roku or replies on how I can get my tv fixed or replaced.

    Picture seems to have a whitewashed look. I have reduced backlight and increased color, but picture quality is not as good as the Vizio it is replacing. But it is acceptable and had a great price.

    Horrible customer service. I purchased the tv on Black Friday as a gift for my In-laws. We unboxed the tv to find that its completely shattered. Took it back to Bestbuy and was told we could return it even though the return date isnt until January 2025. They informed us that opened boxes after 1 week is not returnable. We are extremely disappointed with the poor level of customer service. I have purchased all of my electronics from Bestbuy in the past however will not be doing so in the further.

    A bit laggy from time to time and it feels like I have to have the volume at 100, 99% of the time and I’m only sitting 7 feet away from the tv.

    Black screen just over a year after purchasing. Used for less than an hour a day. Super disappointing. Luckily I got the geeksquad 5 year warranty but having to replace a TV after a year is crazy.

    I am so disappointed. The tv I purchased is not measuring 50 inches. I didn’t think to measure it when I got it, but I measured it today and it’s 43 inches. Representative said I had 14 days to call and get a replacement. I didn’t have an issue with the tv not working, but now I see it’s not 50 inches. I just wanted the difference in the price of the amount I paid for and what the 43 inch tv was listed for. Very disappointed and will never purchase again.

    I like the features on the TV. But it too seems to have some of the same issues that my previous TV had. I will use it a while longer and see if these issues resolve on their own.

    Stopped connecting to WiFi

    6 weeks post purchase and suddenly it will not stay connected to WiFi. Turning off the tv disconnects it. And then it cannot find the connection at all. Have to restart. All troubleshooting done, things restarted, settings changed etc. no one has an answer and can noonger return.

    Do to the way I was treated by a Best Buy store manager after receiving a damaged product I will never shop Best Buy again. The store manager insulted me infront of a line of customers and accused me of damaging a 50” when I purchased 2 TVs the same day one was a 70” and the other was a 50” if I were to damage one of them it would’ve been the smaller of them. Again I will never buy from Best Buy again.

    I purchased a month ago. Best Buy didn’t have it in stock so I had to wait a week for it to be delivered. The last few weeks, white clouds have shown up on dark images and the clouds are growing. Because it’s been over 15 days Best Buy won’t help me get a replacement!!
