After working on it and calling tech support I was told it was just a hardware issue. However Best Buy made it fairly painless to exchange the item for a new one. The second tv is working well so far.

4k HDR that was oversold underwelming

And I tried to get assistance from Roku customer service and I've still yet to get a response it keeps making a buzzing noise that's loud and noisey. Save your money and purchase different brand even if it has Roku integrated.

Excellent Roku TV

The Roku o/s used to be licence and build into second or third class of TV's. This looks like it's using better technology and the result is outstanding picture and quite a good sound. The smart feature are some of the best on the market. The only complaint I have is the voice remote while it's perfect for this TV it's missing an IR transmitter for backward compatibility with older audio equipment.

Replacement Roku

I do know that I am receiving a less than modernized TV replacement due to the Roku TV a originally purchased no longer being in stock. This one doesn't have a voice activated remote.
