Biggest problem... The TV loses connection to my wifi about every other week. I have to go through the process of reconnecting over and over again. It's so frustrating. Every other device in the house (phones, Sonos wireless speakers, laptops, other TCL brand Roku TVs) have no issues... Just this TV. It's borderline unusable as this is so frustrating.

Just three days before the plan would expire, the television stopped working completely. It was determined the tv could not be fixed, so this tv was used as its replacement. It is a great tv all round. Highly recommend. Just remember the best part of your purchase is the protection plans offered by Best Buy!
