Great TV for the price. Speakers that are built into the TV do a good job filling the room. You can listen to music on this TV and enjoy it without a sound bar. Works as advertised otherwise, and met all the requirements I had for a 4k 55in TV

Keeps freezing up rendering it absolutely useless, requiring us unplug the TV to get it to reset. Picture is beautiful until action is happening. All action is jerky and laggy, not smooth like on our old tv. I’ve tried every different setting to get it to be a smooth watch. Sound has too much bass. Which is odd because I love a deeper sound. I even have it set to voice, which helped a smidge but not a lot. I would not buy again. I would go back to my old tv brand. It’s going to take some getting used to as we cannot return it now.

My husband and I are just getting used to going from Directv to this Roku TV with all of the choices and it is a little overwhelming for us as older adults. It will take us a little while to be comfortable with it, but I'm sure all will be OK.

Easy set up and provides every option I was looking for in a television.

I bought this as a gift for a loved one. As of the time I write this, she loves this tv. It is a definite upgrade from her old tv and the beautiful 4k screen and 120hz refresh rate makes everything feel nice and snappy. I have to mention the packing job was very impressive. It was done with such care that it took longer to unpack then to actually set it up. Since it is a smart tv, it has alot of different apps to download and try. The included voice activated remote is a nice feature, but it ended up being turned off (thanks to the slider on the side) since they mention it is always listening. She prefers to just hold the talk button in and speak her demand. The sound quality is fine. They really can't do too much about that with the tv's being so thin nowadays. Overall, this a solid tv. It has the features I was looking for (screen size, screen type, fresh rate, smart ready) and a price that was quite resonable. I'd recommend it as either a primary tv or even a bedroom set for parents.

05/14/2025 Had this TV for about 2 weeks. So far I am very pleased with the picture quality/color/brightness. The onboard speaker system is really nice and has great volume. This is a great value at 599.99 on sale when I bought it. The one thing that I need to say is that the off axis viewing is not great at more than 30 degrees. The color starts to fade and at about 60 degrees it becomes hard to watch. There is only me and my wife so it's not an issue for us but if you have a large family it may not be for you. We mounted it on a Roku mount so it is flat against the wall. Put it on a visa mount and the off axis will NOT be an issue if you want this TV. I hope my review helps you decide right. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Excellent value a mid-level TV. Picture is clear and crisp and sound with built in speaker is good. The best part is the breadth and simplicity of the streaming options.
