Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this Roku TV as an open-box item, rated Excellent condition by Geek Squad, as a gift for an upcoming birthday. It was not turned on for a couple weeks, when it was given as a present. On use, the TV is fine for a few minutes, then often the screen goes entirely to vertical stripes. It has to be turned off for a few minutes and restarted; then it works normally. When it works, the picture is great. Unfortunately for me, Best Buy will not accept returns after 15 days and the mfr warranty does not cover open-box items, so I just have to deal with a flawed product that Best Buy determined was in "Excellent" condition. Do not buy open-box items from Best Buy - cannot be trusted!

I did have them install the 4k + and wow, was that a good idea. The clarity is fantastic. First time to have a smart TV and this Roku product is exceptional.

I got one for my bedroom as my previous one could not connect to the internet after 6 years and needed an upgrade. One for my living room that one just died after 4 years. I do enjoy the voice activation feature and chargeable remote as well as the remote finder.
