It's wonderful. Let me start by clarifying, I have 10 TVs. They are a combination of Sony, Samsung, LG, and TCL. This is my first Roku branded TV. As someone with several streaming subscriptions, I fell for the Roku platform years ago when individual brands struggled with licensing of the various services for their own platform. This TV was replacing a TCL TV that had the Roku platform. I have Roku sticks or other Roku devices connected to my other TVs. I'm pleasantly surprised by the audio quality. The bass levels are deeper and the audio clearer than what I would expect from a slim form TV. This was great for me, since it will be located in the bedroom where I won't end up adding a soundbar. The picture is bright and vibrant. The details are crisp and clear. I was expecting this considering the class of the TV. The menu system is snappy and quick and easy to navigate. There are many adjustable picture and audio settings. I specifically love the ease of getting to the Sleep function. Installation on the wall was easy and it fit my existing slim VESA wall mount. I will probably buy the Roku Pro wall mount just so it sits even more flush to the wall. The cable routing was thoughtfully designed and allows for a recessed outlet behind the TV or routing the cable down to a regular height outlet. I also have a Samsung Frame TV, which also sits flush to the wall, but that TV includes a large control box attached to the TV by a thin cable. This TV does not require such an additional box, so all control functions are built into the TV. The remote is great. The buttons light up when the remote is moved, which again, is great for the bedroom or dimly lit areas. The buttons are also soft press. This replaces the clicky-buttoned remote that came with the TCL. The remote is also chargeable, so no more looking for replacement batteries. The only con I can see is the price. Currently listed at $899 for a 55 inch TV, there are other well-known brand options. But the picture, audio, and software platform make it worth the price.

This Roku Pro Series 55 inch has a beautiful bright picture. Even without upgrading Netflix to 4k the picture quality is enhanced. If you are using the television speakers the sound quality is also impressive. Setup is fast and easy, I was able to do so by myself quickly. I sometimes use Bose Quiet Comfort headphones and once connected/paired the television will automatically switch off sound and send only to the headphones. The reason I say 4.5+ stars is because the one drawback was the remote will not control my Polk Audio soundbar. The Roku 4k stream sticks would but this television is meant to work with other Roku products. You can connect other soundbars/sound systems, however you will be using the other remote. If the television is updated to pair with other sound systems this television becomes an automatic 5 star.

Even better than expected. Moved from a TCL Series 6 55" to the Roku Pro TV and it was night and day. No longer did we have to close the blinds during the middle of the day if watching a darker show. The auto adjusting AI is incredibly accurate with brightness. The OS is fast and snappy! The screen looks great with rich colors and the sound is wonderful. If you like the top end TCL Roku TV's this is a huge leap forward. I love this TV and would wholeheartedly suggest it to others.

Roku's operating system is my favorite, so I'm always going to lean towards their televisions. We've owned several and we've never been disappointed. This one is no different. I love that I can watch it even when the blinds are open because it adjusts to the light in the room.

Picture quality is great with very dark black levels and very bright screen reduces glare from ambient light sources. I hung mine on the wall using the official Roku hinge mount and that worked very well in spite of my wall not being super flat. I used a DirectConnect wall box to mount the power outlet and store cables. At minimum you'll need a recessed power outlet for this type of install. There are cable management channels with built-in velcro straps. I had it on legs for a week and those are very sturdy as well. All in all you can tell a lot of thought and industrial design went into putting this series on the market. The built-in speakers sound great. The only disappointment is that the V2 remote has no headphone jack, but I just bought an extra V1 remote and it paired up with no problem. Highly recommend!

I’m very happy with the Roku Pro tv. I like the price point for this tv. $800 is a great deal imo. It has very good sound. The picture is really good with the 120hz refresh rate. No blurring when watching sports. The darks are very dark the picture is amazing. I was kind of nervous about buying an offbrand TV fairly new to the market. But I am super satisfied with this purchase. I’ve only had the TV for about a week so I can’t speak about the longevity time will tell.

Impressive picture, easy to set up, and an impressive value. For my house the best picture brightness setting was "normal" but you have many options. Really like the Roku operating system as well, very easy to use. I believe this is the best value high end TV on the market. Mine is set with a Sonos Beam 2 sound bar.

I really am very pleased with this new Roku smart tv. I replaced my Vizio 47” that I purchased from Dell in 2008. My old tv still has a very good picture but figured it was time to upgrade and I’m not in the least disappointed in this purchase. Great picture and just a small learning curve with the settings but that takes time with any new electronic devices or products. Roku made a very good TV with my 55” Pro-Series 4K. Love it!

Roku started making their own branded TVs under the "Roku" brand. I can imagine each of their lines, starting with "Select" and jumping to "Plus" then "Pro" is likely fabricated by the former manufacturers of the Roku line of TVs, like TCL or HiSense. You get what you pay for in quality, features, and overall satisfaction when purchasing electronics for the most part (in my experience at least). Having said all that, the "Pro" series is legit if you like the Roku experience. Quick and snappy UI, excellent sound quality with built in low range response, a higher refresh rate that makes console gaming look good, full array local dimming (makes a real difference in the screen contrast), and a rechargeable remote control with LED backlighting and voice control are just some of the features. My personal experience with this TV has been the best Roku TV experience, if what you are looking for is to get a Roku enabled TV without purchasing additional equipment. This TV replaced a 3 year old HiSense 43" Roku TV that was a low spec TV and hopeful this one will last more than a few years.

I first bought a Samsung 55" but returned it after a week due to the operating system being slow and laggy. Then I bought this Roku. This TV is the best. Nothing beats the fast and responsive operating system on Roku and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I wasn't sure how much I would like this TV since it was a 55" and my previous TV was 65" but since we were sitting closer, and the positive reviews regarding the sound from the TV, I decided to take the plunge. I've always enjoyed the Roku smart TV interface but this was my first Rokue brand TV and it has been great. I especially enjoy that the TV remote plugs in to be charged and doesn't need batteries because my kids would routinely lose the battery cover on the back of prior Roku devices. Highly recommend!

They sell TVs not in stock

The TV itself is really good. I'm quite satisfied with it. It's the buying experience that reduce the rating to 3 stars. I actually purchased another TV but after about 8 or 9 days of it not arriving in the store I called Best Buy customer service and it turns out the Best Buy in Plymouth, MA sold me a TV that actually was no longer in stock. Had I not called their toll free customer service line I would have had to wait until September 2025 to get a refund for this item being out of stock permanently. It seems that BestBuy routinely sells TV they do NOT actually have in stock in their store. So after going to the store to secure my refund I left quite disappointed. My question of why did you guys sell me a TV that is no longer being stocked was NEVER answered. So I waited a couple of days. Called the store in Plymouth, MA asked the store manager if this TV that I bought would be in stock and he said it would be available tomorrow. I went into BestBuy the next day and bought it. The most disappointing thing about this whole experience is they never offered to make their mistake of selling me a TV that was no longer being stocked right with me. No money off the current TV I purchased. No FREE BestBuy gift card nothing. Stupid me still bought a TV from them. So my advice to you is if you are going to buy a TV from BestBuy make sure its in stock if its not will they actually be getting more and when they'll actually be getting them.

I had difficulties purchasing this tv originally from Best Buy Brandon Florida location which is apporoximately a 40-45 min drive from me. I originally placed an order to pickup this tv from the Brandon Best Buy locstion. I had order confirmation and the website stated the order would be ready within 1 hour. I figured since its nearly an hour drive I would leave pretty soon. So i left on journey to Best Buy with my intention to pickup a Roku pro 55" tv that the website stated was in stock. When i got there the customer service stated it could take til the end of the day before the order is pulled so they advised me to have lunch come back, i wasnt hungry so I walked around the store for over 2 hours waiting. A roku representative comes out with a roku shirt and I ask to hear the tvs speakers he says the speakers arent great and he recommends adding a sound bar. He tries to demo the display tv for me but cant figure it out. Anyway the Roku vendor suggested I look at other brands, and Best Buy members stated the TV would be discontinued soon. Anyway they could not locate the TV in the stock area and the security told me they believe somebody copied a barcode to a cheaper model roku television and likely gave themself a free upgrade and thats why the TV i bought is not available so I left and placed an order at a location closer to me. I have had the tv for a bit to get used to it. So far what i have noticed the rechargeable roku remote dies quicker than id expect. When the roku remote died i charged it checked the percentage it got over 50% and within 2 hours i was getting low remote battery warnings displaying on the tv. The speakers sound great i honestly dont think this tv needs a soundbar but sound could be improved with one but it sounds great standalone. Gaming: this tv is 120hz that being said it does have 2x hdmi 2.1 ports to hook up gaming consoles. The refresh rate is great however the HDR for gaming is not anything to brag about ... i have an LG tv and the screen changes settings in HDR mode and the graphics look way better on other TV. Im still unsure if i will keep this TV or return it for something with a better HDR setting for gaming. This is a quality TV overall just have experienced issues with remote battery life, as i have logitech keyboards and mouse for computers and they can last nearly a month without needing to be recharged . * im still unsure if im going to keep this television* Or if i should return it and look for a tv that has the better gaming HDR settings Id recommend this TV if your not gaming.. if your gaming it can suffice but theyre are better options available.

No complaints at all. TV is working fine still after a good amount of time. I dont remember when i bought it, but i'd say its been at least 6 months. Its mounted in my bedroom so i cant say how well it does in the sunlight, direct or indirect. Sound and picture are clear.
