Great picture - glad we upgraded. This TV is a bit heavy but easy to mount

I wasn't sure how much I would like this TV since it was a 55" and my previous TV was 65" but since we were sitting closer, and the positive reviews regarding the sound from the TV, I decided to take the plunge. I've always enjoyed the Roku smart TV interface but this was my first Rokue brand TV and it has been great. I especially enjoy that the TV remote plugs in to be charged and doesn't need batteries because my kids would routinely lose the battery cover on the back of prior Roku devices. Highly recommend!

Purchased this a week ago after doing extensive research to replace a TV that broke. I wanted a high quality TV that is easy to use and fast. This is everything I was hoping for and more! This TV is amazing, you won’t be disappointed choosing the Roku Pro

I’ve had this tv for over a year and it’s the best tv I’ve had. I love how it became a a picture frame when it’s not in use and the sound and picture are superb for the price. I recommend the flush mount as well.

I had difficulties purchasing this tv originally from Best Buy Brandon Florida location which is apporoximately a 40-45 min drive from me. I originally placed an order to pickup this tv from the Brandon Best Buy locstion. I had order confirmation and the website stated the order would be ready within 1 hour. I figured since its nearly an hour drive I would leave pretty soon. So i left on journey to Best Buy with my intention to pickup a Roku pro 55" tv that the website stated was in stock. When i got there the customer service stated it could take til the end of the day before the order is pulled so they advised me to have lunch come back, i wasnt hungry so I walked around the store for over 2 hours waiting. A roku representative comes out with a roku shirt and I ask to hear the tvs speakers he says the speakers arent great and he recommends adding a sound bar. He tries to demo the display tv for me but cant figure it out. Anyway the Roku vendor suggested I look at other brands, and Best Buy members stated the TV would be discontinued soon. Anyway they could not locate the TV in the stock area and the security told me they believe somebody copied a barcode to a cheaper model roku television and likely gave themself a free upgrade and thats why the TV i bought is not available so I left and placed an order at a location closer to me. I have had the tv for a bit to get used to it. So far what i have noticed the rechargeable roku remote dies quicker than id expect. When the roku remote died i charged it checked the percentage it got over 50% and within 2 hours i was getting low remote battery warnings displaying on the tv. The speakers sound great i honestly dont think this tv needs a soundbar but sound could be improved with one but it sounds great standalone. Gaming: this tv is 120hz that being said it does have 2x hdmi 2.1 ports to hook up gaming consoles. The refresh rate is great however the HDR for gaming is not anything to brag about ... i have an LG tv and the screen changes settings in HDR mode and the graphics look way better on other TV. Im still unsure if i will keep this TV or return it for something with a better HDR setting for gaming. This is a quality TV overall just have experienced issues with remote battery life, as i have logitech keyboards and mouse for computers and they can last nearly a month without needing to be recharged . * im still unsure if im going to keep this television* Or if i should return it and look for a tv that has the better gaming HDR settings Id recommend this TV if your not gaming.. if your gaming it can suffice but theyre are better options available.

The TV itself is really good. I'm quite satisfied with it. It's the buying experience that reduce the rating to 3 stars. I actually purchased another TV but after about 8 or 9 days of it not arriving in the store I called Best Buy customer service and it turns out the Best Buy in Plymouth, MA sold me a TV that actually was no longer in stock. Had I not called their toll free customer service line I would have had to wait until September 2025 to get a refund for this item being out of stock permanently. It seems that BestBuy routinely sells TV they do NOT actually have in stock in their store. So after going to the store to secure my refund I left quite disappointed. My question of why did you guys sell me a TV that is no longer being stocked was NEVER answered. So I waited a couple of days. Called the store in Plymouth, MA asked the store manager if this TV that I bought would be in stock and he said it would be available tomorrow. I went into BestBuy the next day and bought it. The most disappointing thing about this whole experience is they never offered to make their mistake of selling me a TV that was no longer being stocked right with me. No money off the current TV I purchased. No FREE BestBuy gift card nothing. Stupid me still bought a TV from them. So my advice to you is if you are going to buy a TV from BestBuy make sure its in stock if its not will they actually be getting more and when they'll actually be getting them.

Best TV that Roku has ever produced - only complaint is the side angle viewing is one of the worst I have seen - wash out and color bleeding when viewing from the side - I would recommend looking at it in person but when viewing the TV from the center the picture is high quality - blacks are black and the audio sounds really good out of the box.

My favorate tv so far. I usually by Samsung, however two of them developed white spots and then the siund also went out on obe of them. I wanted a 120 refresh rate and we use Roku, so I got the Roku tv. It is awesome. The sound is the best of all six of our tvs. The built in Roku works great. I would highly recommend this tv.

Bought this for my 92 year old mother who was familiar with Roku app. We wanted to use one remote and it was easy to switch from Youtubetv to over the air in which is nice if her internet goes down. Nice picture, easy setup. Would recommend.

No complaints at all. TV is working fine still after a good amount of time. I dont remember when i bought it, but i'd say its been at least 6 months. Its mounted in my bedroom so i cant say how well it does in the sunlight, direct or indirect. Sound and picture are clear.

Amazing picture quality and affordable tv for A PS5 Pro. Speaker qaulity is amazingnand the visuals just pop. Sweet 120 refresh rate. Doom Eternal Demons Soul Stellar Blade and Black Myth Wukong looks unreal

Great tvs. They are buttery smooth. The 120hz refresh rate is great. The picture quality is good. It has 4 hdmi ports to plug into though i only use one for a game system. It also had a usb type c and usb type A. Very good tv.

Great Buy! Had the misfortune of experiencing a lightning strike damaging our home and several electronic devices. Our previous TV was about 20 years old and insurance value was less than stellar. I reviewed TV options and the Roku model offered all that I needed at a great price.

Everything about our new tv was good. Sales and delivery went smoothly. The gentleman who set up our tv and helped us connect to the products and gadget we owned was remarkably knowledgable and could answer all of our questions. There’s a learning curve but everything is going smoothly because of the information he shared right in our own home with the connections we have available.

Very pleased. Great picture, eARC HDMI easily integrated with my Yamaha home theater system. Love how the ROKU remote controls power and volume of the Yamaha. And as always, love the ROKU streaming setup.

I have been following the Pro Series since Roku announced the new TV series. It has not disappointed. The TV is solid and well constructed. The sound is great. It starts instantly with a crystal clear, bright picture. The rechargeable, lighted remote is great and feel much more solid then previous controls. There is no doubt in my mind, after programming every Smart TV platform Roku is the simplest, most intuitive, and easy to learn and use operation system on the market.

Very pleased with my new 55” Pro series Roku 4K QLED TV. Video quality is great and the user interface is easy to understand and use. Includes thoughtful touches like cable straps attached to the back.

Excellent picture and has the easy to navigate Roku interface. The sound is good and can be adjusted to promote dialog. I don't need my old soundbar anymore. Only downside is the remote has no numbers for direct entry of tuner channels, but this seems to be true with most televisions today. On the plus side, the remote is backlit upon pickup, has a microphone for verbal commands, and is rechargeable. If you can get this on sale like I did, it's a real bargain.

Overall good value. Great picture quality, especially facing straight on. Like most LED TVs, viewing at an angle is not as good, but the Roku TV is pretty decent. Overall sound quality is good. Default sound settings (even dialogue mode) was a bit bass heavy for me, but sound options are easily customizable, which is nice. Excellent streaming service options that you’d expect from Roku and easy to navigate interface. Backlit remote is nice and easy to use. Rechargeable remote battery has a great battery life. Only issue I’ve had is about once every week or two streaming will just suddenly stop mid show as though WiFi cut out, but the TV is plenty close to router, internet speed is fine, and other devices have no issues. Restarting the Roku TV fixes the issue. Overall, though, quite happy with the TV and would highly recommend if you like the Roku brand.

The TV is fantastic, picture quality is perfect. It is everything I want in a TV. On top of that the new remotes that come with the Roku TV's are rechargeable! Just a wonderful quality of life fix.
