Only downfall with new Roku TV

With my OLD Roku, the Direct TV remote was ALL I needed!!?? What happened?? How on earth did they go backwards???

Our in store experience was great. But, i do not care for the order online and wait for an hour from any store. Used to the way where the store kept inventory on the floor.
