I did have to deal with Roku support regarding some programming with my antenna and they were extremely easy to work with. Loved it so much that I have now switched all of our TV's to Roku brand.

I find it very easy to use, very simple to set up, and extremely straightforward to navigate. The picture quality is the greatest on any TV that I have ever owned, and when you combine that fact with the size of the screen, the price feels like I'm stealing it.

I did all the troubleshooting; it said it was defective. I ask, "Can't I just bring the remote to the local Best Buy?" They might give you one with the purchase order. Walked in, showed receipt online, and they said you need to get from online. Best Buy. I went on Amazon, where I ordered the charger myself. $20 wasted but tv now works.
