    Great TV! Picture is beautiful and it connected to My Roku 5.1 sound system without issue. Replaced an older 55” and this is about the same size, just all picture.

    Very happy with this purchase. Solid TV for a bedroom. Easy to set up and program. Literally watching shows in minutes! Bought this on sale so quite satisfied with this big TV for a very reasonable price.

    I bought this TV to replace an Insignia Roku TV that had the backlight go out. That was a great TV and always worked as expected. I erroneously assumed that a TV actually made by Roku would be even better...you know what they say about assuming... I have had nothing but trouble with this TV. Settings randomly change, channel randomly changes, it turns itself off mid program, the glitches go on and on. "Some" of the bugs appear to have been corrected with the latest update, but we'll see. As for the highly touted (by Roku) voice remote that came with the TV, it is junk. After 2 months of use, it refuses to stay paired with the TV. If I want to use it, I have to re-paired it multiple times daily. Customer 'support' has been useless - they even told me to contact LG!! What the?? After I told them for the umpteenth time that it is a Roku TV allegedly made by Roku, they (via Twitter messaging) told me to contact Roku! I was already chatting with Roku support. I went on another site to just buy a new remote today, and read the reviews for the voice remote pro, apparently I am not the only person to have the remote refuse to stay paired after a short amount of use. I would think this is a known problem, they would actually make right, obviously they won't. Roku use to have excellent customer support and products, I have touted their products for years. I can no longer do that. I can not recommend their products anymore.

    Excellent quality for the price! I have always loved the Roku streaming stick and now it’s even better built into the TV. Picture quality is just as good as my other Samsung QLED.

    It has great sound and picture quality. However, had I known as a Smart TV, it has no browser capability, I wouldn't have purchased it. My fault for not doing better investigating B4 purchase.

    Great TV for the price. Clear picture, easy to use and access to all my Roku apps. Very pleased with this purchase so far. Mounted above my fireplace no problem. Added a small Bose sound bar which integrated without issue.

    This television displays a very good image. The sound from the unit is perfect. And I'm a big fan of the ROKU. My only gripe is that I wish I would have gone with a large 75" screen. That's on me....

    I studied TVs at Best Buy for three weeks and opted to purchase this Roku Plus model as the price point and quality of the picture were the best option for me--I am not a gamer just a viewer of film and TV.

    Happy with my purchase since I was able to have the Spectrum app for my cable services. Had purchased a TCL Google TV and it didn't have the capability to download it. Picture and sound quality is great!

    Excellent picture and supports all the Dolby Audio formats. Controls the soundbar with the Roky remote. The Roku platform is one of the better smart tv platforms.

    Great picture was awesome watching the superbowl. Very clear. Dark scenes are easy to see as well. The voice remote is easy to use. Set up was very easy. Very happy with purchase.

    TV has a great picture and Im enjoying it for gaming. However the 4 stars is for getting a defective one out of the box for my first purchase and going through the hassle of returning a 65 inch TV when you would expect a brand new one to work fine the first time!

    We are pleased with the TV, but we thought if we had a problem hooking it up, that someone would come to the house & help us. We had a problem with connecting the TV to the modem and we called Best Buy and they told us they could not help us because we had a 1 year warranty with Roku. Best Buy placed a charge of $191 on our credit card for the service warranty to help us with Service, so we wasted that money. We made about 10 calls to Best Buy and Roku & we could not get it to work. Finally after a week, my husband figured out how to connect them himself. I have called & cancelled our Best Buy extended warranty, because we couldn't even use it for a year. We should have been told we could not use it until the factory warranty ran out. I feel that is deceptive sales!

    Trouble with audio to soundbar

    Audio issues connecting to a soundbar. Overall Roku is easy to navigate, brings all apps together which lead me to this TV, plus a decent price. However, I have swapped soundbars, HDMI cables and audio to the soundbar repeatedly cuts out, switching back to TV speakers (depending upon settings), I have updated software and done everything possible but have no assurance yet this TV will be replaced even though I am Total Tech Member and it should be under warranty.
