Paid for best buy delivery and there was no damage. Only dislike is speakers on tv stink, but I kinda knew they would. Just need soundbar.

And the pic is a vast improvement over my old 50 inch lcd tv. The reason for the marginal rating is that there was crack on the back of unit. Oh well, can't expect too much for $350.
