    I was very happy with this TV when I 1st purchased it. Both the picture and audio quality are good for the price. The problem is a software issue that Roku is very much aware of but can't actually fix. The TV can't complete software updates so it every night it makes another attempt which turns my set on. I've spent MONTHS, going back and forth with Roku customer service trying every troubleshooting test known to mankind to fix the problem. They finally caved and replaced my TV, assuring me the new set would be fine. The night of the install that familiar bright blue light woke me up at 2am - the new set had the same issue! I'm currently in the process of trying to get rid of this piece of junk because a $600+ dollar TV shouldn't turn itself on every single day. Shame on Roku from stringing a customer along knowing good and well the problem exists on their end.

    Wonderful TV except I did have to have it replaced due to a faulty audio port otherwise the TV was fully operational. Replacement was quick and the delivery staff were wonderful. The picture clarity is very good. I went from a 42 inch to a 65 so quite an adjustment. Watching football last night was amazing.

    Good price. Still in box haven’t used yet. However, tv was a great deal based on size and brand.

    So far so good. I'm happy with Roku TV. It lagged one time but other than that it's been good quality.

    The overall experience buying this TV was amazing, first, I got to help from one of the team members, and he help me to find the best option based on the characteristics that I was looking for I need to add that the price was very good compared to other TVs with the same characteristics

    Just bought a few weeks ago and haven’t used it much, but looks good so far. This was a replacement TV, mounted on a wall. Was told in a BBY store that my existing mount would work - and it did; however the location of the bracket holes in this TV are very low, so this is mounted about 4 inches higher than I’d like. But, so far, no issues with this TV in very limited use.

    Beautiful TV! I highly recommend. I have an old Insignia Roku TV and Roku has done a good job with upgrading their technology. The visuals are beautiful, the remote is responsive, and the quality cannot be beat, especially for the price!

    So far I like this TV ! I am having small problem with the TV coming on by itself after I have turned it off a hour before. Roku is looking into the issue

      Hi Milton, thanks for the update. The Roku player only turns off when unplugged or when power is removed. If you turn off the TV while streaming, the Roku continues to stream; the content may turn the TV back on via CEC. Always go to the home screen to stop streaming, as this prevents the Roku from signaling the TV to power on. For a quick fix, turn off the Fast TV On feature: Press Home on your remote, scroll to Settings, select System, then Power, Fast TV Start, and uncheck Turn on Fast TV Start. Additionally, restarting your Roku TV resolves glitches, clears temporary data, and addresses connectivity issues causing freezing, buffering, or slow performance, providing a fresh start for enhanced streaming.
