    Ordered a TV, it came damaged. Took TV back to Bestbuy, they sent me a new tv. Although not happy about the delivery, however glad they made things right.

    Very happy with this purchase. Solid TV for a bedroom. Easy to set up and program. Literally watching shows in minutes! Bought this on sale so quite satisfied with this big TV for a very reasonable price.

    ROKU support is terrible - you have been warned!

    I purchased this TV in December and within 1 month there is a thin black line across the display. So I contact Best Buy support through chat and am repeatedly told since it is still under manufacturer warranty that I have to work through Roku even though I purchased Geek Squad Protection. I argued that I purchased protection so I wouldn't have to go to the manufacturer but kept getting pushback. So I contacted Roku, they ran me through the diagnostics, confirmed I have a warranty claim and try to tell me I have to do that through Best Buy. Here we go. I stuck to my guns and made them agree to start one through them but would be called back that same day. A week and 4 phone calls later, nobody has called. I keep being told don't worry. Someone will call, and the last person simply disconnected the call. After the third call I also received an email from them asking if I still needed support on the issue and in the message where there was supposed to be a description of the issue for my reference, it was blank! Throughout all this I had visited the Best Buy store where I bought the TV and the person there had told me I needed to call Geek Squad and arrange for someone to come out and diagnose it and then go forward from there (which is what I had been trying to do in the first place). But when I called the number, the person there told me that was incorrect and that I had to contact Roku since they are one of the vendors that prefer to deal with the issues when they are still under warranty. So began the chain of fruitless phone calls with people you can't even understand on the other end. The rate this is going, the TV will be out of manufacturer warranty by the time they address it. On the plus side, at least I will be able to deal directly with Best Buy (who have been great to work with)

    I've had plenty of Roku TVs made my other brands, but to actually see what Roku does when they make both the hardware and the software changes the game!

    This television is good and so far I have had no problems. I purchased a sound bar with it, and when it turns on it transfers to the sound bar and it’s a little annoying, but other than that all is good

    This is very nice TV only thing is that it doesn't connect properly to my echo speaker. The sales person was only worried about selling the TV. Didn't explain that Roku speak will only work with the TV.

    Great TV for the price. Lots of useful features and low price, compared to other smart TV's. The sound is ok, like all flat screens. Still better to purchase a sound bar.

    I bought this ROKU tv because of its ease of using apps. totaltech guys installed it and setup my surround sound, tivo etc. the next day my remote quit working and had to reboot entire system to get it working. Every time I shut it off it would have to be rebooted. Kept pairing the remote a finally started working after several days. TV is so new that it’s not registered with the all in one remote Logi so have to us 2 different remotes to run it! Picture is disappointing in clarity so bought another Samsung and returning this.

    I like t1 one last thing get a sound bar for quality audio. e size and clarity. My last tv was 25 yrs old we will see how long this one lasts.

    Good value for Money. The apps are good. Lot of options are there. The clarity could be improved a bit. The remote looses the battery power even after charging. But this is not much of a concern as the TV ca be controlled via a Mobile App.

    Nice TV, but has terrible issues with audio going out of sync with the video. I have 6 different televisions in the house and this is the only TV that does this. I have tested using the same channels, same time of day, etc. Problem is easily fixed by moving to a different channel, then coming back to the original channel. However, the same problem occurs sometime later. Maybe a software update can remedy this.

    The screen looks great but has been going black with audio staying in place.a quick reboot works fine but it’s worrying. Overall though if it wasn’t for that it would be 5 stars

    We had our tv delivered and installed. It’s a great tv, and the two guys who installed it were so polite, friendly and expert! Good job, Best Buy!
