    Excellent television at an excellent price! We ended up buying three Roku tvs a 55, 65, and 75 inch and we don't regret it at all.

    when i first got the tv every thing worked great, but i soon had to reset it every month. that went on for the first year. After that the unit seemed to work OK. But now after my second year it shuts down by itself and keeps kicking me off the direct tv app. I'm not pleased with the unit at all !!!! Should last more than two years it'll be my last one . It's too bad I've been a roku fan from the beginning

    The TV is great. The only problem I have it that it turns on by itself at random times of the day. I have asked neighbors if they own a similar tv with remote with no positive results. I have resigned to unplugging the tv when I go on a trip. The TV is only about 5 months old.

      Hi there, thank you for your feedback and for sharing your thoughts. What version of the OS is your device running? If you simply turn the TV off while the Roku is streaming, the Roku does not automatically stop. The streaming content can turn your TV back on (it's something that can happen via the CEC protocol). So, by always going to the home screen, you stop any streaming, and the Roku won't send a signal to the TV to power back on. You can also try to update the software by going to Settings > System > Software update.

      In addition, it may help to try temporarily turning off Power Savings mode. To do so, please follow these steps: Go to Settings/System/Power/Auto Power Savings. Uncheck “After 20 minutes of no interaction”. We hope this is helpful. Happy Streaming! Roku Customer Advocate roku
