    The TV is fine, just what you’d expect for the money. My complaint is that I’m a Best Buy member and am supposed to get free installation. However the salesman submitted the order wrong and the delivery man dropped the TV off and said he wasn’t involved in installation. I had to do it myself. When I tried to call to complain, I kept getting shuffled off to voicemail and never heard back from anyone at Best Buy.

    Had tv about 3weeks and the picture constantly blacks out. I initially thought it might be doing so due to connecting a surround sound bar, so I disconnected and the tv still blacks out. I rarely watch this tv and it’s already practically nonusable because the video keeps dropping out (while the audio continues). I must restart the tv for the picture to return. Very unhappy with this product!

    My picture is going out, and the screen cuts off. It isn't even 2 years old. I loved it in the beginning but now......i need a new tv that wasn't in the budget.

    Consistent issue connecting to the internet. I have to restart the TV every time for it to connect. All other TVs in my house has no issues. Some other people here has mentioned similar issues. It's super annoying and I will not recommend this TV to anyone.

    Great picture if you like a black screen

    I've used many Roku products over the years and have loved them. This tv started great, but after a few months of use the picture will go black while the sound still plays. Nothing other than powering off and on will bring the picture back. After a google search this doesn't appear to be an uncommon problem. I've called Roku three times and each call involves some basic troubleshooting with the tease that if it happens again a replacement is likely the next step. Being a Total Tech member is NOT a benefit either....well, maybe it will be in 6 months when the manufacturer warranty expires. Very disappointed in Roku and Best Buy and will definitely be cancelling my Total Tech Membership.
