    when i first got the tv every thing worked great, but i soon had to reset it every month. that went on for the first year. After that the unit seemed to work OK. But now after my second year it shuts down by itself and keeps kicking me off the direct tv app. I'm not pleased with the unit at all !!!! Should last more than two years it'll be my last one . It's too bad I've been a roku fan from the beginning

    The TV is fine, just what you’d expect for the money. My complaint is that I’m a Best Buy member and am supposed to get free installation. However the salesman submitted the order wrong and the delivery man dropped the TV off and said he wasn’t involved in installation. I had to do it myself. When I tried to call to complain, I kept getting shuffled off to voicemail and never heard back from anyone at Best Buy.

    [Employee of bestbuy] Consistent issue connecting to the internet. I have to restart the TV every time for it to connect. All other TVs in my house has no issues. Some other people here has mentioned similar issues. It's super annoying and I will not recommend this TV to anyone.
