    Backlight died after 9 months.

    Had the TV since March 16, 2024. The TV screen will now just cut to no backlight. Roku support advises to factory reset, which makes it work for ~45minutes, then back to no backlight again. Do not recommend if you need a TV that last more than 9 months.

    The tv has a nice picture, but after a couple of months it would go dark. Even though I have total tech, Best Buy does not service Roku tvs. Roku did replace the tv and had a new one delivered and installed.

    This TV is HORRIBLE. It stopped working two weeks after we got it!! I bought it for the gym in our clinic and it needs to work. I called multiple times and could not get any assistance. I have been a Best Buy Total Member for years and I was told it covered repairs, yet when I called, I was told I needed to mail a 65" TV to the MANUFACTURER!! That is not a solution! I always get wonderful service at the Best Buy in Austin so I do not know what is going on it Corpus. The TV only works if you enter some weird code combination on the remote and it goes out 10 times a day. It is less than a year old and it will not come on at all.

    Horrible employee named Dennis

    The TV is great. The person that works at the Gilbert location named Dennis is an absolute ridiculous person. I bought multiple multiple TVs from the Chandler location and they’ve helped me load it in the car every time that I’ve gotten it he said that he couldn’t help me do it because we had to lay it on its back. Turns out I didn’t have to, but when he brought it out to the car, he just dropped it off in front of my car and didn’t even help me. It’s like that the gives today’s work are really bad name

    Had the first set replaced after 1 week. The second unit is starting to have the same problems of dropping internet connection and or the soundbar. Not really worth the money.

    Not Happy!!!!!

    Got the tv home, no screws were included to mount on the wall. It says on the instructions that they are included, so not off to a good start. Went to Ace Hardware and the size we bought didn’t work. Went back to Best Buy in Cuyahoga Falls and we are told the mounting screws are not included. We had to pay $20.00 for a box of 80 universal mounting screws and the size we need is not in there. Talk about frustrated, this is the most ridiculous thing ever!!! So another trip out to find the stupid screws we need tomorrow, which absolutely makes no sense at all!!

      The screws included with the instructions are meant for attaching the TV's feet stand. For wall mounting, this TV conveniently adheres to a 400 x 300 mm VESA pattern. The screw size and hole depth you'd need for a VESA compliant wall mount are M6*16 mm. Unfortunately, wall mount screws are not included as different wall mounts may have their specific requirements. However, with the provided VESA pattern and screw specifications, you should be able to find the right screws for mounting!

    Picture is just okay. Processors are slow. Don't expect the eARC to work the way you want; the TV "decides" the audio passthrough sent to your AVC, so it's not true passthrough. Very many issues using AppleTV app with Roku TV.

    We purchased this TV just a little over a month ago and now it is not working. There is sound but no picture. We have to try to get a resolution from the manufacturer. Super frustrating. DO NOT BUY THIS TV.

    Terrible Experience

    In less than 30 days this tv went black screen every 20-30 minutes. Now having to deal with mfg since the geek squad plan I bought is no good at this stage of tv life. The tv worked great until mess than 10 days past the BB return policy of 15 days. No help from BB and chat bot and agents are apparently not authorized to do much except offer kind words. It has been an unpleasant experience all the way.

    Had for 3 long days, roku system is nice and easy but nothing but issues, not connected, then getting stuck on updating, and then freezing up and can’t do any thing. Was warned by worker to go a different route but wanted to roku system. Very disappointed! Took it back.

    Poor color contrast, poor sound quality. Tv glitched 3 weeks after purchase (picture distortion with red burnt appearing faces. Text pixels were unreadable.

    Well we really liked it until it went black and won’t do anything after 1 month. I’m in the process of hopefully getting it replaced by Roku since the return time was over. So far missed the call and they didn’t email me like they said.
