    It was delivered with a big break on tge screen. No other tv available had to spend $100 more for a different tv

    QLED vs LED

    I was noticing that the description reads QLED and the specs say LED. so which one is it?

      Hi Paul, great question. Allow us to clarify—the TV indeed boasts a QLED display, which is a high-end advancement of the standard LED technology. Best Buy's product listings often simplify things and label them under the broader category—hence the 'LED' tag. So, in essence, all QLEDs are LEDs, but not all LEDs are QLEDs.     The picture quality was not what the other reviews stated. It was slightly grainy on most streaming apps. YouTube videos looked good. I returned and the other brand I purchased has a significantly better picture quality.

      Hi Jay, thanks for your review. Although you've returned the TV, we have a tip that may help for any of your future needs. Please know that incorrect display settings may cause your streaming content to only play 1080p even when your TV is capable of 4K, HDR, or 4K Dolby Vision. In order to view content at the best and highest resolution, ensure that your Roku TV's display settings are set to Auto-detect. This will automatically select the best display settings based on the selected content you're streaming at the moment.

    Roku TV vs Roka TV

    I just purchased the Roku - 65" Class Plus Series QLED 4K Smart Roku TV and no one from Best Buy can tell me why there's a 300.00 price difference between it and the Roku - 65" Class Select Series 4K Smart Roku TV version. It's very frustrating that not one employee can help me with this product information about this or even seems to be interested in doing so. More than likely I'll just return it and purchase a TV from a different company.

      If you're still looking for the answer, help has arrived! Both the Select and Plus Series Roku-branded TVs aim to deliver a comprehensive streaming experience, but the Plus Series offers many enhanced features with reference to the display image, audio quality, and remote functions.

      The Roku Select Series TV offers HD or 4K resolution options, a Roku Voice Remote, Dolby Audio, and can be expanded up to 2.1 surround sound. On the other hand, the Roku Plus Series provides HDR10+ color, Dolby Vision, a QLED display for sharper 4K visuals, and enhanced sound capabilities with Dolby Atmos and up to 4.1 surround sound. Additionally, the Plus Series remote includes a feature to help locate it if misplaced.
