Best television I owned, customer service was A1, last tv went out and i called the geek squad and they came the next day...didnt want to repair old tv so i went with the 65" roku and love it...now im needing a laptop and thinking of buying one from best buy....thank u

This is a really great value for the price. It’s the only new tv that runs the Roku operating system as all the other brands have switched to a google system. The Roku system is simply the best for streaming and this is just about the only option in 2023. In terms of quality, everything seems to be working as expected and I can’t say that I would notice any difference between the picture and sound on this and any more expensive alternative. The only way to really notice a difference is by breaking out some technical measurement instruments. I’m getting rid of all my cable boxes and replacing them with these TVs. Highly recommend.

This was a delivery and the delivery people did an excellent job with caring for the tv. Have been pleased with the picture, sound and ease on setup.

Great picture and sound. Looses internet connection when nothing else does. The” hey Roku” feature is great.as well as the automated quick start buttons.

The graphics are great and navigating the menu is a snap. The rechargeable remote works easily and straightforward.

Great TV for the price! I got it used for $200 off and it was completely worth it. Everything runs smooth and I like how the remote is rechargeable instead of using batteries.

This is a great tv that has amazing quality and is extremely easy to get set up especially if you have already used Roku.

Picture is pretty great for the money, however it washes out badly with off angle viewing. Apps selection is excellent and they install quickly. Have not had any apps crash. The bad part is the voice control software. It's buggy, working 50% of the time and crashing the tv the other half (freezes or power cycles by itself). Had closed captions stuck on for two days because the only way to turn these on and off is voice command. The remote is small and well designed with two assignable shortcuts. But it lacks certain buttons by design, since it's intended that you use voice control. If they can sort out the voice bug I'd give it 5/5, as for now the tv is a bit difficult to use since it shuts itself off with some frequency. Push button controls all work fine.

Very good TV. Easy to set up. We are familiar with how Roku works so cutting the cord and going with a Roku TV left very little in the way of transition. We mostly just had to adjust to a better, bigger picture and better sound quality. The best part other than that stuff is that we went from three remotes to one. Glorious. My only negative note so far (but it's big enough to make this a 4 star purchase instead of 5)... I wish that the menus were a little more intuitive to navigate. The TV picture settings should be in the main menu. But you have to hit the "*" button on the remote while you are watching a show to access the picture quality settings.

Absolutely living out new Roku TV. I have a smaller Roku TV in a spare bedroom and it’s been a great TV for the last 7 years, so decided to stick with the Roku brand to replace our Samsung living room TV. We couldn’t be happier. Roku seems to be the only brand that has every single streaming service network on it that I subscribe to. Other brands do not. The picture and sound qualities on this TV are excellent. We are very happy with this TV.

Seems like in this price range picture quality is about the same on most makes. Good sound quality, ability to switch between different tones kinda nice. Only complaint is the lack of a center stand or option to buy one separately for those of us who aren't going to stick it to the wall and the legs that are supplied are sketchy.
