Great picture easy to use. Every once in awhile the picture just goes black. You just have to turn it on and off. It's a complaint from other people. Overall nice TV good size. Surprised to see a hard wired plug and not separate plug-in.

This was a delivery and the delivery people did an excellent job with caring for the tv. Have been pleased with the picture, sound and ease on setup.

Great quality picture and the colors are bright and vibrant. The tv speakers have a great sound. The steaming service provider provides a great and easy to use infotainment tool.

The picture is great i just love it. And most of all i like the rechargeable remote. Never have to buy batteries anymore.

Mom and I went in on a day she was unexacting.. she had been needing a new TV for quite some time, but does NOT like change. A young man met us, patient, considerate, willing to converse with her, and shared an understanding of change. He did not try to upsell, heard what she asked, and actively listened! It was magical... she left happy and I am forever grateful that an individual in the store took the time to listen! He was familiar with us coming from Orange County and Happy to be out of the race! I am very sorry I have forgotten his name... but he knows who he is!

It worked perfectly and have no complaints about the size and picture quality. Very easy to pair with the app so I don't have to search for the remote every time.

Would make purchase again. Great picture. Easy set up. Paid for best buy delivery and there was no damage. Only dislike is speakers on tv stink, but I kinda knew they would. Just need soundbar.

Really like this TV! Peferct size and has a great picture. Well worth the money! Love the bluetooth. Works well with my headphones. Can't judge the sound since I have a wireless speaker system.
